Ive always taken my "kids" here, and was always happy with the care and caring. Love Dr Way & Donna, especially. However, I can no longer give 5 stars. Things have changed there, and not for the good. I had/have a very sick dog, and was refused an appointment for at least 4 days. They used to see them the day of illness, not now. This was the final straw. The dog has multiple problems, and if we waited, she would be dead.

kind of nervous.....she does a lot of unnecessary test. my last dog died waiting for tests. Way is from the pearl group from east louisville....so money is a factor. come to find out, they squeeze a little money from tests before the diagnosis before overpricing for an operation. dont believe me, do a simple three doctor opinion search. theyre not that good. but good luck. maybe they got better since Dr. Kressin.
