I WENT TO THE UROLOGIST WITH MY FIANCE TODAY AND WAS TOTALLY HORRIFIED AT HOW HE WAS TREATED. I WENT IN THE ROOM WITH HIM SO I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT WAS SAID. HE WENT THERE WITH PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED WITH ED. AND THE DR WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. AT ONE POINT HE ASKED MY FIANCE IF HE WAS A DOCTOR. WHEN THE DR FIRST CAME IN I LOOKED AT HIM AND COULD TELL RIGHT THEN BY THE LOOK ON HIS FACE THAT HE WASNT GONNA BE A GOOD DOCTOR. HE HAD A LOOK ABOUT HIM THAT SCREAMED "WHY ARE YOU HERE WASTING MY TIME". HOWEVER, I GAVE HIM A CHANCE. MY FIANCE WAS ALSO GETTING HIS PROSTATE EXAMINED AND THIS DOCTOR JUST SAID OK WELL STAND UP DROP YOUR PANTS AND BEND OVER AND WE WILL GET THAT OUTTA THE WAY. HE DIDNT EVEN ASK ME TO STEP OUT. I SPOKE UP AND TOLD HIM WAIT A MINUTE IM STEPPING OUT. THAT THIS IS VERY PERSONAL. I MEAN COME ON I GO TO MY GYNO AND I WOULD NEVER WANT NOR ALLOW MY FIANCE TO STAY IN THERE WHILE MY DOCTOR PERFORMED MY PAP. NEEDLESS TO SAY WE WONT BE GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. THERES GOTTA BE MORE COMPASSIONATE DOCTORS OUT THERE SOMEWHERE.

One stop shop for all things internal. Have seen many of the doctors for various conditions and treatments and all are knowledgeable and professional. My personal favorite is Dr. Don Sanders; you wont find a more caring and compassionate doctor anywhere, especially one that actually listens to (not just hears) his patients. Front desk staff does leave a lot to be desired as they are young and tend to be rude and impatient, but youre not there to see the staff so just blow it off.

I found that the Doctors at the center are helpful but the staff are horrible. They are not concerned with the patients health. They are not helpful and when you are sick you want to be able to see the doctor. I was told that I could go to their urgent care facility the next morning if I was having a problem. Horrible staff I would not recommend this facility to a dog.

The facility itself may be ok. Idk. But , in my opinion, Dr. Amy Strasburg is rude, vapid, unprofessional and would be better suited for a career behind a cosmetics counter. If you go there, ask for a different doctor. And be prepared for each and every visit to take two or three hours. Apparently, their system completely collapses on a regular basis.
