If you want to find a doctors office that has familiar employee faces, dont go to Orchard Medical Center. The turn around rate of employees is ridiculous! Everytime I walk in that place theres new employees, which leads me to think that theres definitely poor management going on there. Its also very unsettling to find out that I got charged a whole office visit, when I saw only the medical assistant to draw my blood. You know why? Because as long as they take your blood pressure and weight, they can bill it as an office visit and get paid more money. I thought the main purposes of health care was to look out for the best interest of the patient, not to try to squeeze every penny out of them. 9 out of 10 times that I have had a scheduled appointment at Orchard Medical Center, I always wait no less than an hour to see the doctor. Why do I have to wait that long when I had a scheduled appointment 2 months prior? Ill tell you why...because theyre double and triple booking patients that same day, which ends up pushing back the patients that HAD scheduled appointments...NOT FAIR! Oh and dont even get me started on the cleanliness of that place, absolutely disgusting...find a new cleaning company.

This place is a RIP OFF. It is all about the money to these people. I called right when they opened to try and get an appointment with doctor Herman. I explained to them I was in a lot of pain and was hoping to get in right away. First they asked if I was insured, then they would call me right back to have me come in. I had to call them back to see if I could come in. they said 230 be the first available time. I explained to them since I had a boil the size of a baseball on my leg and it was very painful, maybe I should just go to the ER. I guess the thought of losing my business (MONEY) stimulated them to act. They told me to just come in. I got in about 945am, Guess what, They made me wait for 2 hours, and this lady was sitting next to me noticed all of the blood running down my leg said to the nurse if I could take her spot because she was next and would come back later. I didnt see the doctor I seen a Physician Assistant. and just like another review I just read on google from tiffany they charged me for smoking cessation. To me this place is like a bad mechanic. lets charge him for stuff he didnt ask for or need.

What a disappointment I saw a PA TDAY AT ORCHARD MEDICAL HER NAME IS JENNIFER>I WILL NEVER SEE HER HER AGAIN!!! AS HER BEDSIDE MANNER IS SUCH THAT SHE SLAMMED THE DOOR ON ME BC SHE DIDNT KNOW HOW TO EXPLAIN MY MEDICATION DOSAGE TO ME THAT A NURSE ACTUALLY HAD TO COME BACK IN TO TELL ME WHAT TO DO AND WHEN TO COME BACK FOR ANOTHER APPOINTMENT I AM CALLING BOTH MY INSURANCE AGENCIES ON THIS PA.SHE.ALSO FORGET TO GIVE ME A RX FOR A MEDICATION IVE BEEN ON FOR SIX MONTHS THAT IS NOT A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE . THIS MEDICATION IS SUCH THAT IF I GO OFF OF WITHOUT BEING WIENED I COULD HAVE SEVERE REACTIONS .I HOWEVER LOVE THE STAFF HERE MEANING THE RNS AND RECEPTIONISTS BASICALLY THE WHOLE STAFF WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THIS PA .JENNIFER WHO IS NO QUALIFIED TO PRACTICE WITHOUT A DOCTOR PRESENT IN MY OPION.!

My mother has been going there for years. I just started a year ago and havent had any problems, except that my appointments run late occasionally, BUT Dr. Soifer is the only female doctor, so its understandable. The receptionists have always been very pleasant, and helpful. The nurses are very kind. They do what they can (Keep in mind this isnt a place to have surgery and what not done.) Ive gone about half a dozen times in nearly a year, now, and Im not complaining at all! (Especially since the next best place is Kenosha Planned parenthood...where during a pelvic exam the lady goes I bet it feels like im reaching for your tonsils, doesnt it? in a creepy seductive voice. None of that at Orchard Medical!!!!)

They stress to use their website to book appointments, etc. I did that and NEVER received a call from them to get an appointment. I alerted them of this and they didnt care to address it or even care... Also had a series of tests...never heard back on the results so I had to call to follow-up and they were negative...but they didnt even tell me what they tested for and didnt explore what else could be causing my problems. Just got rid of me... This was my first time going here...I am not going back...awful first impression.

This office is wonderful!! Ive been a patient of theirs for about 9 years and have always been treated warmly and respectfully. One thing that I have found is remarkable is the amount of time the doctors take with my children and I for each of our appointments. They spend time discussing whatever concern brought me into their office. The office staff are also very helpful and provide support in working with my insurance company. I recommend this practice to my friends and co-workers whenever asked! Karen. C

I have been seeing Dr. Soifer, and occasionally the other doctors, for about ten years now. I think Dr. Soifer is the most caring doctor I have ever had. I do not believe I would still be here if it werent for her caring dedication to figure out a medical issue I was suffering from and helping me fight it. I recommend her to anyone I can and will continue to do so. She continues to help me fight an ugly health situation. The office staff is very kind as well. I just cant thank them enough.

Firstly, the staff are so rude. I was astounded at how snippy and nasty they were to me. Secondly, all of these awful doctors overbook so horribly that Im in the waiting room 30 minutes to an hour and a half just WAITING. Not to mention that after the waiting room Im waiting for the actual doctor even LONGER than the lobby!!! After being the first person in here during he day I am waiting three hours for a simple vaccination. Take your buisness elsewhere!!

I went a year ago and got a doctor that was extremely rude. He seemed very put out that I was there and that my ear infection wasnt worth his time. I vowed to never come back. Almost exactly a year later (last week) I have another ear infection. I get the same doctor and he is still so snippy and inconvenienced. The nurse was rushed to but not short with me. I was reminded why I vowed to never come back. Need to find an actual doctor.

Dr. Devaney has THE best bedside manner. I have never felt so at ease with discussing my health issues. He also took the time to listen to me babble about my life issues. I left feeling satisfied that all my questions were answered along with a bit of life therapy. Thank you. Everyone at the front desk and nurses were extremely helpful too.

Ive been coming here since I was a kid which was a very LONG time ago lol. The front desk and nurses are amazing and Dr. Devaney is an amazing Dr. Cant imagine going anywhere else.
