I went to primary care for over a year. As of today I will be going to a new doctor in town. I have never in my life had so many doctors be so interested in JUST making money. Everytime I was there I had blood work, stool labs, and CT scans. Im only 24 years old, I dont need new blood panels every two weeks. Beyond that, I went in for a lack of energy and Dr. Addams prescribed me Butalbital, which is a highly addictive barbiturate, sedative. He told me it "Had a bunch of caffeine" in it... It has 25 miligrams. I took one dose and ended up drooling on myself, then slept for 13 hours. 1 year later, I go to see him in pain....He prescribes me butalbital again, even though it gave me severe reactions the first time. Then his nurse calls me back ( 7 hours later.) and tells me he can write ibuprofen 800mg for me...........That will do nothing for pain, and they know that. I can appreciate that the majority of the people in my age group who claim to be in pain, may be lying in attempts to obtain pain killers....However, I have over a year and a half of history with this doctor, including not one, not two, but 3 times he misdiagnosed a stomach condition and put me through 3 different unnecessary and painful treatment plans, for conditions it turns out i didnt even have. Never in my life have i seen such "Drive-thru medical care" in my life. I will be finding a new physician immediately. The entire staff (Ive seen 4 different doctors there in 2 years) is completely uninterested in your health, and most are extremely unfriendly. Stay away from this place, its garbage. Go to Murray medical, or ANY other doctor in the area... Its not worth it there.

I guess there is some good and some bad at most clinics. Its the worse I have seen anywhere regarding having someone call you back. Example: Minor surgery was performed yesterday on a patient .The Dr. said, give me a call if you have a problem or need anything. Some swelling and much pain developed over night. I called to get a RX for pain. The Dr was not in. OK, have another DR who is covering give me a call. Cant do that was the reply. OK, Have Dr. Butlers assistance, Kelly give me a call. I waited from 11:00Am til 5:00PM still no call. I called back again, and was told They will have Kelly call me. Still no call. WHAT IS A PERSON SUPPOSE TO DO? You go to the Dr., give them your business ($$$$) and there is no consideration for the patient afterwards. I dont know where the problem lies whether with the person taking the call or the staff. But Im close, very close to having enough of this. I have complained verbaly to the Dr.s before about this situation, but nothing seems to change. I even asked the person taking my call to call the Dr. who was originally seen yesterday and they said they could not do that. The days of having a personal relationship with your Drs. are gone. The person taking my call actually suggested that I make an appointment and come in. Can you believe that? Who are these people, where do they come from and more important, who does the hiring?

The doctors here only care about making money, and actually treating patients gets in the way of that. I went in for migraines and they charged me to make an appointment with a neurologist, Dr.King. A couple weeks later I went in for my appointment only to find out that Dr.King wasnt there, and only met with a nurse who just prescribed me a random pill (which was never sent to my pharmacy), and set up an appointment with Dr.King. When I came back for this appointment, Dr.King (who actually bothered to show up this time) only prescribed me another pill that again wasnt sent to the pharmacy and scheduled another appointment. I have now visited 3 times, met with 2 doctors and a nurse, and have gained no information or help for my migraines. They keep intentionally not treating me so that I have to keep coming back, charging me for each visit. Any other doctor is a better choice, including just doing nothing, because that way you would get the same care for free.

Dr. Gumpton. She is everything that is wrong with doctors imo. Used to see Dr Kelly and had no problems but hes no longer there and I chose a Dr. at random. She was cold and hurried, like she was trying to avoid my problems. Being hurried wouldnt bother me if she took care of me but my prescription wasnt called in, and I was put off on x-rays while my mother with the same insurance and different Dr. was able to able to get them on the spot with no previous insurance acceptance. Her nurse seemed unorganized when I called to inquire about script. Only Dr. to ever treat me so badly that I felt the need to discourage others from her. She should be ashamed of herself and how shes representing doctors.

The only doctor that I have seen who seems to actually know what the hell shes doing is is Rebecca Johnson. She actually listens to questions and concerns, talks to you like youre an actual person and remembers you when you come back. Any of the other doctors seem to just give you a quick in an out and dont care about any of your questions or concerns. My grandfather has had so much trouble with these people hes nearly died twice because of prescription interactions. They dont bother to check with one another or even talk to the patient for the most part and are only after your money. And forget about mental health if youre on medicare or medicare.

Beware, this place has no interest in helping their patients, only helping to empty their wallets. Went to see one of the doctors at this place to help with a problem Ive had, runs a lab report, lab report comes back I was in range, he wrote it off as fine. Has the nurse call and tell me Im gonna live, cause the lab report said so, and Im still having symptoms. I told her I feel bad still, and she says if Im still having symptoms I need to make another appointment to see the same doctor again, shame on you if you fooled me once, shame on me if you fooled me twice. Seriously stay away from here, they need money to pay for their fancy new building.

I like it there. I like the doc and the staff is always friendly to me. I never have to wait long. I like the fact that I can get blood work or xrays done in the same building. The only thing I would like to see improved is how the staff handles faxing in ordered scripts. I only take a thyroid medication. I get my refills at Walgreens, so I should be able to get them anywhere in the country, next day. Never happens. Its always right down to the wire and I have to call the office to request a fax to the drug store. I dont like that.

I have never met a doctor who was less interested in her patients. Shes cold. Like a brickwall. She has no connection with the child no bond is ever made between child and dr. Its sad. When I first took my lil baby there, i thought this is a place my child can come for ever. His dr will always know him. But with her i felt uneasy and sick at my stomach at the end of the visit. I knew I would NEVER bring him back again.
