I asked for sunspots to be removed. I have had this procedure at another office in Fairhope. The technician used a similar laser, but it was extremely painful. When I told her I was in severe pain, she said that was strange, no one has ever complained. Shorty after I began shaking and burning in every spot, blister came up immediately. I came right back, she met me at the door and said it was normal to go to the drugstore for aloe. After bleeding from all of the blisters for 2 weeks,the blisters healed and left scars all over my body. At every recheck, the Dr. says the settings were correct and that the scars are just extra pigment (exactly what she specializes in removing). She only shows me the consent that I signed and says sorry it didnt work out. It is now over a year later and I am seeing another dermatologist to correct the scars covering my body. I understand that mistakes happen, but she has never taken accountability, saying only that my skin must have produced extra pigment. (I am no doctor, but would that cause blisters, bleeding sores, and scars?) I was obviously burned by the laser!

All the dr and staff are concerned with is making money and selling their products. I am a current patient and have NEVER had acne as bad as I do now. The dr wants you to come in every two weeks for a chemical peel, extraction, microderm... Which is not feasible for those who work. She will not call in your prescription when it runs out and makes you come in for office visits every 6 months. Also upon looking up dermatologists in the area she is not listed, I heard about her from a friend and regret my decision to use her as my dermatologist. My advice: go elsewhere!!!!!

I bought one of their groupons for a microderm abrasion facial. I really wanted to find a new place to go once a month for all of my skin care needs. This place did not fit the bill. I was disappointed with the quality of the facial and the products they use. My face broke out immediately afterwards, worse than it has in years. They were polite and friendly, but I wouldnt return.

I was refered here by a friend. I love Dr. Ronderos. She is happy to answer all your questions; ones that a concered patient might have. Great environment! Great results! Highly recomended !

She is not a dermatologist, although she tries to practice as one. She doesnt know what she is doing, save your money!
