Its nice to know that there are still Dr.s and PAs out there that truly care about you. Ive been a patient of 4 years now and have been very pleased with Dr. Baum and Dr. Gillick. Keep in mind sometimes you do have to wait a little bit longer then usual to see them. Due to the fact the Drs at Regency spend the time needed with there patients and thoroughly answer questions or concerns you the patient might have. They are very good Internists and will make sure that all steps in preventive Heathcare are done, labs, physicals, and any other tests. They have all the "state of the art" equipment there and in house lab work done there too. I am alive today, I would not be if it wasnt for the team at Regency. Thank you Regency, I will be forever thankful.

I called this morning at 8:20 am for a New patient appointment. The person I spoke to said to come right away and I would be seen. I got here and filling out new patient forms and was done by 8:45am. I waited till 9:35am before asking how much longer. They stated I was scheduled for 9:30am which was never told to me. The front desk staff was beyond rude and could care less. Facial expressions and attitude to a new patient. I would never come back here and never recommend anyone else to come here. Horrible!

Doctors and PAs are top notch. They DO NOTjust rush you out the door with a rx in hand. They are proficent and thorough in explaining information. Drs. Aziz and Patel really demonstrate a compassionate and understanding demeanor. Front office staff...not so much. They usually seem annoyed or agitated even early in the day. Hope their days get better.

nice Docs, but billing wrong, said they accepted my insurance and didnt ..cost me a lot of money... then, i believe, was way over charged and i got stuck with bill. No compromise after many years of going... :( Very long waits....

Horrible service everytime I make an appointment they are running a "half hour late which turns into an hour/longer not the first time either doctors are super rude

Many times I call I have issues with the animated answering service. Can never book an appointment and no one can answer my questions. Extremely annoying.

When I call I always get their voice mail, and never get called back. This happened last year several times and again last week. Disappointing.

Doctors and PAs are great, but if you call and get the voice mail system for any reason...forget about it..You will never get a return call
