Usually, the only times reviews are written are when people are dissatisfied with service, and patients complain from a place of anger. So, I will say that my experience has been pleasant, the treatment I received was thorough and supportive. I had lab work done and was called the next day with results. The day after that I received a hard copy of my lab results in the mail. The prescribed medications were specific to my symptoms, and overall, I was satisfied. For what its worth, there are prescription drug seekers out there, including among teenagers, who may be in denial about it. Parents, even those tight with their grown up kids, dont always know, and might also have some denial about the secrets of their teenagers and adult children. Hundreds of people go through this clinic every week. They must be doing something right.

Worst place ever. First of all- have HORRIBLE customer service. I was sick and needed to be seen and I called in, and the lady LAUGHED at me on the phone and said there was no appointments available... and didnt even check the other locations. They also are the WORST at billing... I was JUST billed in 2015 for appointments i went to in 2014 and they were all lumped together, making the bill very large! Last of all- do NOT go there for medical advice, I never got a call with my test results, and they called me 6 months later to tell me they forgot... and I had something wrong... good thing it wasnt life threatening... who knows if they ever would have called. DO NOT GO HERE... I wouldnt trust them with a bug bite...

I took my son their and they prescribe him some medication and the next day he was experiencing horrible side affects and its affecting him by not sleeping and when i called to see if their was a different medication that would WORK they told me that he was a drug addict and he was seeking drugs wish he wasnt i know my son very well and he is not a druggie. No one go their its a waste of time and money and they will just think your a drug seeker.

I went for lumbar x-rays in mid-March, as prescribed by my chiropractor, and as of today 4/10/17 the radiologist has still not called her with the results. My experience getting the x-rays was just fine, but Im frustrated that my care has been stalled because of this delay. My chiropractor warned me that this place could be "a bit of a pain" and I should have listened.
