In short; -Rude office staff -Inaccurate billing records -Rushed "herding cattle" office (i visited 3 different ones, all with the same feeling) -Misdiagnosed once -Incorrect communication on treatment the second time If youre having a normal pregnancy, and are OK without hand holding and coldness, this is an OK place. Ive gone here as my regular lady doctor for years. I figured "why not" for my pregnancy as well... nope. After a very scary trip to the ER at 13 weeks, I was told to schedule an appointment with a DOCTOR at VWFW for my follow up. I called to schedule an appointment with a Dr. as soon as possible and gave the background. I was diagnose with placenta previa while at the hospital. I was about going to be late (gotta love morning sickness); called ahead of time to let them know and asked if i needed to reschedule in which she said no. I arrive about 6 minutes late, and sign in, then wait 17 minutes to be seen. The woman seeing me enters clearly annoyed im late and promptly tells me I have 10 minutes of her precious time (wow - a whole 10 minutes?!). She doesnt take a new ultrasound, doesnt go over my US from the hospital, and basically just repeats what I was told at the hospital. That they determined it was Placenta Previa because of echoing in my US. ALSO - not a dr as requested, but a nurse practitioner. A couple days go by and im still showing alarming systems so make an appointment and try the midwife route. This WAS better but it was more to get in and out as I had already made up my mind for a new practice. Their US showed that it was NOT placenta previa (at all - my placenta was fine and no way it couldve moved that much in 2 days)... but instead a Subchorionic hemorrhage. The Midwife then told me I could be off Bed and Pelvic rest and continue to lift weights (yes, im a weightlifter and was before baby - dont worry). I then try and confirm this, as it seems odd, with my cousin who is a delivery nurse and strongly advised I stay inactive. I followed up with another office and Dr. who told me that I should absolutely stay on bed rest and not presume normal activity. Dont even get me started on billing. I asked for an itemized sheet of all my charges and payments, in which it didnt account for about $500 in payments ive made. In short; -Rude office staff -Inaccurate billing records -Rushed "herding cattle" office (i visited 3 different ones, all with the same feeling) -Misdiagnosed once -Incorrect communication on treatment the second time

I was transferred over to this location after visiting Dr. Eddys office. Dr Eddys office was great, I had a very pleasant experience with Cindy Ayoub. However, Dr. Daves office fell short as they have very poor customer service. First, I scheduled an appointment 4 months in advance on a Monday, which happened to be a holiday. With NO notification whatsoever, the office changed my appointment time because they were closed, and moved it to the next day. A couple days before, I had called to confirm and got no response. I finally called to get rescheduled... AFTER my appointment. When I inquired about this, all they said was "Sorry we didnt get a chance to notify you, but we just moved it up one day." The receptionist was not welcoming and was somewhat condescending, not even greeting me when I walked in. Second, I was clearly told that only Dr. Dave would see me for the visit, however when I got there I overheard the receptionist mention that Dr. Dave couldnt make it that day. Again, I got NO notification about this and was very disappointed I would not be able to see her. A nurse practitioner Lindsey Syed did my check-up and was very friendly, however when my check-up was done, she just walked out of the room. I asked her if I was done, surprised she didnt even dismiss me or walk me up to the front. She replied, "yep" and then walked off. Overall, this office has VERY poor customer service and could improve greatly in communication with their patients, making a welcoming impression, and making every patient feel valued.

Ive never left a review before on Google, but I felt this was very much worth a first time review. Im actually pretty phobic about doctors in general. I havent been to see one in ages, hence my poor health. Because I couldnt bear dealing with my situation any longer, I finally broke down to find a gynecologist for me. The entire staff at Valley Women for Women in Chandler is amazing (Rosie the nurse is outstanding btw)! I couldnt have found a better OBGYN, in Dr. Vegh. She is everything I hoped for in a real doctor...caring, compassionate, down-to-earth, and makes you feel at ease. She talks to you on a comfortable/friendly level, not in a stuffy "all business" or "just another number" kind of way. I got lucky to be referred to her and to have a positive experience meeting with her. I was also seen by Dr. Dave (on a separate occasion) and she is just as amazing too. These ladies know how to treat women right. I cannot speak highly enough about them. They are all awesome! If youre like me and hesitant, scared, or freaked out to see a gynecologist, trust me, you cant and wont go wrong with these ladies here. Im the biggest baby on the planet, but Im glad I got over my fears and met these fine folks at Valley Women for Women. Its the best decision Ive ever made. If this review can help anyone suffering out there, then Im glad to post it.

I had an appt today and heres my 2 cents lol CON: THAT FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST IS RUDE!!! SHE HAS NO TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WASNT FRIENDLY AT ALL! She was a really skinny hispanic girl. Maybe about 55" or 56".If I had to solely base my review off of her I would give a -2. She said no more than 3 words to me. No hey, no welcome in, no hi, no NOTHIN! She needs to be in the back somewhere where she cannot be seen or heard! Ugh!! I wish I got her name. I HOPE SHE SEES THIS! FIX YOUR ATTITUDE!!!! or go work at home so you dont have to deal with people and people dont have to deal with YOU! But anyways, as for the PRO (which is why I gave 5 stars), I seen NP Vanessa today and she was so nice and comforting!! I really really liked her. She made me feel very comfortable about the whole process and answered all my questions thoroughly. I got an IUD and throughout the whole process she would tell me what she was about to do. It really hurt but the fact that she was very empathetic the whole time made it better. Her MA was nice too. I didnt feel rushed nor did I feel like she was just there to "do her job". I will be back to see her and ONLY her! Thank you Vanessa!!

Great staff just not sure if Im getting proper care, this is my 5th pregnancy Im 14 weeks and I know with the first visit they usually do an exam and measure your stomach to make sure baby seems to be growing right. Well to start off it took a month to get blood results back showing my progesterone was low a month to tell me I had a bladder infection, still havent been examed and last visit they didnt even check to see if anything was wrong with my urine such as a UTI or signs of anything else didnt measure my stomach pretty much just had an appt to hear the babys heartbeat Im undecided if I should switch drs or see how the next visit or 2 goes
