I am not from USA. And my wife does not speak English so well. So I do everything for her and do the translation between the doctor and my wife. Here is my wife story, she got pregnant and she started to bleed after the first month (5 weeks) of her pregnancy. I took her to the emergancy to see what is going on. They took her blood and got the result (they need to check the pregnancy hermon level) . The doctor told me to see her doctor after 2 days to check the pregnancy hermon level.( it should increase every time) So I called OBGYN next day in the morning and told them my wife issue. They schaduled me an appointment and took her hermon level and did ultra sound for her. The Obgyn doctor told us that she might not carry the baby anymore. And the result that we found is a sign for misscarrying the baby. My wife started to cry for one week. After one week we came again to obgyn to check the hermon level for her and do ultra sound. The doctor saw the results for blood and the ultra sound. She told us with her cold smily face that she is for sure will misscarry the baby because the hermon level in the blood test was so high and we must see the baby in the ultra sound if the hermon level is high like that. But nothing in ultra sound appear and there will be nothing for next weeks if you wait. and to make it easy for my wife she told her to take a pill from the pharmesy for the obortion i think. She told us this pill will make the miscarrying become faster and the bleed will finish in one week instead of more. My wife cried alot and she told me please go and ask another doctor because this is not easy desicion to do it like this fast. We asked the stuff in the window that we need another doctor just to ask him/her a question. Doctor Mona showed up and we told her everything. She told us to come to her after one week to do another ultra sound if that will make you guys feel ok before taking the pills. My wife was so sad about that and she was afraid to go to her after one week. She went after 10 days. They did the ultra sound and we saw the heart for the baby !!! Wooow so there is a baby !! And we almost gonna kill the baby if we listen to the first doctor. Her pregnancy became normal and doctor Mona was so nice and good with my wife. She is like a gift from god to us. Now my beautiful baby is 2 months old and she has a good health. Her weught is normal and she has a beutiful smile. I wish i can share here picture here. My advice is do not take all what they say. Sometimes they do not know what to say for this issue. Because they have not face it before. Or maybe 20% of bleeding in the first 5 weeks pregnancy is not miscarring. The doctor just take the easy desiscion and released the pills to us. Every time I see my baby I tell my self. I was about to let my wife take the pills. Big thanks to my god then doctor Mona. I am so mad at obgyn consultants. I honestly dont know who to blame but I found a lump on my left breast on August 18 while at a conference in Albuquerque and had them schedule me a mammogram on September 4, 2015. I was told that the results should be back on September 8, 2015. No one ever called me. I called the doctors office on September 10, but no one knew anything. I called again on September 11, and the office staff got my results but the doctor had not had time to review them. This was at 11:30. She said they would call me as soon as she did. But no one ever called me Friday. So saturday morning I get a letter from Mountain View Medical Center saying that my mammogram showed some abnormalities and that if my dr hadnt contacted me yet, that I should call her right away to discuss my options. Monday morning I call them & all they can tell me is they got the results Friday but the Dr has not reviewed them and I tell them about the letter I received and they say she will call once she reviews them. I wait all day finally at 4:30 I figure I better call before they close. They were closed and again no call. I call this morning and still she has not review them. She will call me. Finally about 11 a assistant calls me just to tell me she hasnt reviewed them yet and until she does they cant help me . I was furious. I called my primary Dr and her assistant was able to view my results in 2 seconds and will be calling me in the morning to schedule me a sonagram. What is wrong with these people. If I do have cancer I cant imagine having to wait on this pathetic excuse for a medical staff to take care of me. What a joke.

While SOME of the doctors and midwives here are very kind, the staff is rude, misleading, and unorganized. I have been there for two appointments and in the first one, I was told by the staff that I was getting an ultrasound at my next appointment. However, I didnt. I got told my results of my blood work and left. The staff has also been extremely rude over the phone as well as in person. My medical card has not been updated yet and still has my maiden name, so I always tell them that it is either under Vaughn or under Martinez. They get visibly angry and scoff at me. Not only with the rudeness and misleading on the phone, but they have actually lost several papers with my information on it. They lost a sheet with lab orders, a lab sheet making me redo a 24 hour urinalysis, and seem to always lose my insurance information. Speaking of insurance information, Im 110% INELIGIBLE for an old insurance that I used to have. I have called that insurance at least once a week since I was 5 weeks (am now almost 19 weeks) to see what I can do to prove I am ineligible. They have personally called OBGYN consultants and informed them that I do NOT have the old insurance. I have also got my current provider to call them and tell them that that is my only insurance, and they will not do anything about it. Love the doctors. Hate the office and staff, including both nurses Ive had. If there was anywhere else affiliated with Mountain View I would NEVER go to OBGYN consultants again.

My 1st delivery with them was great. I was sceptical about seeing several doctors due to me being high risk, but they seemed to communicate well. As for my second pregnancy with them? Its been horrible!!!!! I have to drive 1 hour every week to the office for a 17-p shot and I was late 12 min to ONE appt. and they wouldnt see me. Knowing I drive EVERY week from out of town. They rescheduled me. When I drove 1 hour for that appt they cancelled me when I showed up due to the doctor being out of the office. How convenient they can have something come up yet I couldnt be late. If I have had any complaints or concerns they have sent me to the hospital instead of bothering to see me. I would NOT recommend this office to anyone high risk. They are over filled and have no clue who you are or what is going on with your pregnancy.
