I cant say enough great things about Dr. Singer and her staff! The front desk assistant makes you feel welcomed when you check in. The nurse is always very helpful and I feel that she gets more than enough information about my needs so Im better understood when the doctor sits down with me. Dr. Singer is extremely smart not only in the field of medicine she practices, but health advice concerning diet and exercise. I always feel that she makes it a priority to educate me on any questions or concerns I may have about my health! Dr. Singer makes me confident that Im getting the best care possible. I love their patient portal system,. If I have a quick question, I can email the doctor or the nurse and within a day I get a response. You can also schedule appointments and ask for a Rx refill if need be. Dr. Singers chairside manner is warm and caring, I never feel rushed! Im always greeted with a smile when she comes into the room. Shes a quality person and you can tell how much she truly values her patients! Im so happy to have her as my PCP!

I had been seeing Dr. Singer for about 4 years - about 6 or so visits. Up until my last visit I was very happy with her service and care. But that has changed dramatically. During my recent visit, she had no idea who I was and didnt bother to look at my chart to review my history before she walked into the room. This reflected as terrible customer care. Then I got my bill, 3 months later. The procedure I have been seeing her for had jumped in price astronomically without warning. I understand prices being raised yearly for cost of living and whatnot but this was way beyond that. The fact that doctors can charge whatever they want and keep increasing costs to their own benefit is whats wrong with our healthcare system. I will never see Dr. Singer again and will advise that no one waste their time on her or her office either. And I will also agree that it takes forever to get a response from the office cause they certainly will never pick up when you call.

Do your research! I thought I had and unfortunately this experience last for approximately five months. Longer than it had to if Doctor Singer was willing to listen and help solve the problem instead of attempting to get rid of the patient...something like out of sight out of mind. When a patient says things like: "the bladder and brain are not connected" or "I dont know when I have a full bladder" should be a clear indication that there is something wrong. This was something more serious than "stress incontinence" or "pelvic exercises" and need more attention. 24K for her hysterectomy and 14K later for a fistula that was most likely caused from the hysterectomy. I would not recommend her if you have a serious problem and long history of female problems. However, if it is a simply pregnancy or cosmetic problem then should could be the person for you.

I have been seeing Dr. Singer for about 8 years and I have loved her attention to detail. I don’t feel like just another number when I am in her office, I feel like she actually cares. Amongst regular checkups, Dr. Singer has replaced my old very painful IUD and I have not had any issues since. After years of suffering from debilitating migraine headaches, Dr. Singer suggested Botox and it has literally changed my life!! Other doctors just prescribed pills that left me feeling tired, nauseated and overall “loopy”. I am always aware that OBGYN’s have crazy schedules, as newborns don’t always schedule their birth. However, I have never waited more than 30 minutes for my appointment, I have been called and asked to reschedule, or Dr. Demeter, who is also fantastic, took care of my appointment. Thanks everyone at PC Gynecology!

I am one of the newest patients from Dr. Demeter. I loved her since the first time. However, It really sucks to go to your appointment and be denied your appointment by Melanie Magnus (receptionist) because you didnt finish your questionnaire? I was treated like an idiot, like I was an ignorant. I drove 45 minutes from West Jordan to Park City not because I think I am any higher class than anyone, but because I love my Gynecologist so I figure I can make the effort to drive such a long way once a year. The worst part is that I received a message the next day saying that I missed my appointment ??? Please, I was denied my appointment!!!! Please please! If you want to make a good impression with your business, do not have someone that will treat your clients like crap.

I am a patient of Danielle Demeter and I cant say enough what an amazing force she is. She helped me have exactly the birth I wanted to have by empowering and supporting me from start to finish. She is a leader in her field and I felt so lucky to have her on my team! There is no question too great or small, she makes you feel at ease, and when it is time to deliver, you feel prepared, ready and confident. I couldnt have asked for anything more and I couldnt be more grateful for the experience Danielle facilitated for me.

I have been seeing Stephanie Singer for almost 10 years now. She is extremely competent in this field and always up to date with the latest technology. She has great bedside manner and honestly I feel like Im going to see a good friend who cares about me and not just some desensitized Doctor like most out there. She is an amazing surgeon who pays attention to detail and is a perfectionists. I recommend her any chance I get. I have ever had to wait longer than 10 minutes to see her and to me that is extremely valuable.

I am giving one star because zero is not an option. I left her office in tears. Very insensitive, lacks manners, she did not even shake my hand or introduce herself. I was appalled by the entire experience. I would also question her patient confidentiality, as she discussed another patient with me! Probably the most unprofessional doctor I have ever seen. She asked me if I knew to not drink alcohol when pregnant???? Like excuse me I am a grown woman. She was very belittling and honestly made me feel like a child.

I am a dude and I gotta tell you I cannot believe how much younger Stephanie made me look not that i even asked my wife is a patient and she actually worked on me for free! She just knew that i would like the results and she was genuinely excited about working on me. I dont know of too many docs that have ever made me feel more comfortable

Very competent doctor. I have been very happy with her. She helped me during my pregnancy about 3 years ago and still is my gynecologist. I realized that no one answers the phone but I left a message and they returned my phone call the same day to schedule my appointment.
