Try the Tempe office instead of the Mesa one. Dont expect a call back EVER from Mesa when they say theyre going to call. They will treat you like an irate customer instead of an ill patient. Every time I call, I get an attitude like Im bothering them. Dr Frausto is fine, its his office staff that is an absolute nightmare. Im recovering from surgery and called to get a prescription refilled a week ago... still waiting on that call back even though Ive called her again since. Youd expect to be able to call your Drs office for help, but his staff simply does not give a s***. Im switching over to the Tempe office today so hopefully my experience will be a little better.

I wish I could give no stars. Seeing this office was the worst experience of my life. The biggest complaint I have is the lack of treating you like a human being. I have never written a bad review on a doctors office until today. If you call for a medical question, they NEVER call you back!!! They took weeks to even schedule my much needed, urgent surgery. My incision ripped open when I just got home from surgery and I found out medical students did the stitches. Do not waste your time!!!!

Ive had 3 of my 4 kids with Dr. Frausto. He always listened to my concerns and can have open and honest conversations about post partum depression, birth control and anything else.
