I visited the practice for the first time and my very last time. What an awful experience it was. I saw Dr. Westerband during my visit. Online their office states to arrive 30 minutes prior and to have a list of your concerns. I did just that. After waiting another 30 minutes after my appointment time, (so I waited in the lobby for 1 hour) I was escorted to the room, the staff was very nice and helpful however I let them know my concerns (I only had 4, and they were minor). Dr. Westerband came in, started her very painful exam, and stated you have PCOS (I already knew this, and advised them) told me to take birth control, when I said I want to talk about other options she said "no, thats fine" and walked out of the room. NONE of my questions were addressed I did not even get the chance to ask, I had waited 3 weeks for this appointment for her to spend 3 minutes in the room with me. I doubt she even knew my name! I was just patient # whatever. To finish off this experience she ordered me the lab panel that she does everyone w/ PCOS. I did some labs in office and the others at a lab off site since I needed to be fasting. First of all, it took the office 2 and a half weeks for an MA to call me with the results and that was after I had to call and ask for them. And all she suggested? That I take a med. Now had the doctor spent even SOME time with me, and get some history she would know I cant take that med and any type of it. However, I was told to go in for another appt or just deal w/ it basically. Lastly, I was told to go to a certain lab due to my insurance and I did. However they sent the labs I did in office to the other lab and now today I got a bill to pick up the balance because they sent it to a lab that does not take my insurance. How lovely! I will never see this doctor again, or their sites. Worst experience EVER. Save your time, money, and most of all your hope that you can get some medical guidance.

I really like Dr. Westerband, and was impressed with the office staff until I ran into issues with billing, and therefore, my insurance company. I now have a $900 doctor bill because the proper paperwork was not submitted to my insurance company and when I called the office, I was assured by one of Dr. Westerbands billing staff members that she would follow up on it and make sure she would get the paperwork to the insurance company. Needless to say, that did not happen and Dr. Westerbands staff once again failed to send in the medical records. Several phone calls later to insurance and the office, I am still left with an outrageous bill for something that IS covered by my insurance company. I dont have time to wait on hold for everyone, and I certainly dont have an extra $900. It is extremely disappointing that this has happened, and it makes me sick to my stomach that people are simply too lazy to help. It is unfortunate for Dr. Westerband because I think she is an excellent doctor, but I will never return to her office due to fears of dealing with this again, or having to pay out of pocket due to negligence!

Let me start by saying that Dr. Westerband has an AMAZING staff. They were polite, caring and just helpful. But this review is for Dr. Westerband herself. She was awful. I was with her office for 10 month. My entire pregnancy I saw her once. ONCE. It was the shortest interacting with a doctor I have ever had. I also saw her once after my baby was born for my 6 week check up. I had MAJOR Post-Partum Depression. I was a wreck. I waited 30min to "talk" to her. Her staff handed me a depression survey which I filled out and gave back to the staff. Dr. Westerband comes in 15 min later says "Here is your prescription. Have a nice day" No "hello" no "how are you feeling" no contact at all. What am I paying her for again? To not see me my entire pregnancy and then brush me off with a prescription? What a waste. Her Nurse Practitioner was incredible. Always polite and made me feel welcomed.

Dr. Westerband followed me during my pregnancy. My pregnancy was difficult because of my blood pressure. I was very satisfied with her advice, follow, and her professionalism. I lived my pregnancy very well thanks to her. She and her employees were very thoughtful. I felt in good hands. Ive never waited in the waiting room and I had it was easy to set appointments. She was there the day of the delivery. Everything went well. I recommend Dr. Westerband to everyone. I already recommended her to one of my best friends, and she feels and thinks like me about Dr. Westerband.

I am a patient of Dr. Catherine Westerband and have also seen NP Teresa Mote they are awsome! I came in with concerns that I have delt with for many months and I was treated kindly, and all my questions were answered. I felt important at my visit and I know that all options of treatment were offered. I would recomend Elle Obgyn to anyone as I already have to friends and family members who also love the staff and care they have recieved from the practitioners. Its a great place to recieve care or just get your questions answered.

Dr. Westerband is a wonderful doctor and person! She always has time and I never feel rushed when I have an apointment. She has seen me through a nerve racking high risk twin pregnancy and is getting ready to deliver my third baby in 2 weeks!!! I cant imagine going to any other obgyn.

The staff was really friendly and nice but This doctor is crazy. She bursted through the door asked me one quested was not kind or gentle at all and then sent me home. Literally one of the worst experiences of my life while at the doctor. I never wanna go back there again

The Staff is amazing! As far as Dr. Westerband goes she is HORRIBLE!! She never introduced herself. I was appalled. She was in and out like Im some sort of inconvenience I did Not Feel cared for. Im currently switching doctors as I type I Do NOT recommend her at all.

Im in Love Love Kathy Westerband, while giving birth she made me Climax 10xs with her gentle touch and wandering fingers!. De definitely a returning customer.
