Dr. Grinder grinds you into place! I met Dr. Nathan Grinder the summer of 2014 right when I relocated to Arizona from the east coast. I had a wonderful chiropractor in NYC which I visited weekly and really missed up until meeting Dr. Grinder. He is an extremely skilled professional with wonderful bedside manner. I have had numerous injuries on my back and legs from years of doing gymnastics, snowboarding, and more recently Crossfit. Dr. Grinder cracks me back into place and relieves pressure from my painful points in my neck and lower back. If you are looking for someone kind, knowledgeable, and effective go to Dr. Grinder, I highly recommend him!

Dr Grinder and his entire new staff is phenomenal!!!! Its a total night and day difference in the office quality from when the old owner ran the show. The service here is excellent, I have yet to run into anyone in this office with other than a great attitude. These guys are laid back yet very efficient and professional. They have it all (many tools) so you dont have to go anywhere else. Im sure I could say more but either way I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Cornerstone Wellness talked us into their plan paying over $2,000 up front then severely hurt my wife Jill and has been giving us the run around for weeks not issuing us a refund. I would avoid them like the plague. Specifically it’s Dr. Grinders office on Val Vista.
