So I was waiting to write this review because I know how a persons experience may largely depend on who they get at the dentists office or if someone is having a bad day. Well by now I have had 5 or 6 visits, had my entire mouth done (fillings, root canal & crown, deep cleaning) so I feel like I can now be completely honest about my experience. I loved this place. (Hows that for a short and sweet review?) On a serious note - I had to wait almost a year with a huge hole in my mouth that could not get fixed because I was pregnant. Once I was cleared to go to the dentist I researched Yelp and asked on my jobs facebook page for their dentist recommendations. I called several places and explained my situation and made it clear that I need to take care of that issue asap. With North Stapley Dental they were able to squeeze me in for a quick check up right away. And before I left the office that day I had a print out of everything that needed to be done to my mouth, the estimated cost of the work and what my payment options were. I was not pressured to make any decisions which gave me the freedom to figure out my game plan. Every single person I have encountered there has been absolutely wonderful. Kim, Morgan, Dulce, Julie - were all so kind and simply brilliant. Every time I came in they remembered what we talked about and seemed genuinely interested in my life. Out of the doctors I had Dr. Miller for all my appointments. He was great too - very gentle, making sure I was not in pain, putting my mind at ease by sharing funny stories. I also love how every month their office has something different going on that all the staff and patients can participate in. In October they had the pumpkin contest. In November they had a Thanksgiving tree. In December they are collecting non-perishable food for a local charity. I have learned that some staff traveled to third world countries and did work there. Some are involved in helping out and offering their services at local charities, including Mission of Mercy. After seeing how they all genuinely care about people - I am convinced that they very well may be the best dental care office around. I am now caught up with all the work that needed to be done to my mouth... and I do not have a single complaint about the quality of their work.

I AM BLESSED & SO GRATEFUL for Dr. Miller, Morgan, Ann C. and the entire team @North Stapley Dental Care. Ive always had the worst experience with every Dentist visit threw out my life & treated with disrespect, embarrassment, humiliation until I met Dr. Miller , Morgan, Ann C. at the Central Arizona Dental Society Mission of Mercy - . 3rd annual Mission of Mercy (MOM) event at the AZ Fairgrounds in Phoenix, AZ, December 12th & 13th, 2014. I CAN NOT BEGIN TO SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW AMAZING AND CARING Dr. Miller & the entire team are. From the moment you walk the door till you leave everyone is so Uplifting, Caring. I felt like everyone in that office was so compassionate & help to ease my anxiety of going to the dentist. This Group of wonderful people have touched my heart & brought faith & hope back into my life. My 13yr long emotional journey Ive struggled thru finally comes to an end with having such amazing people cross my life and open their hearts. Im so amazed to be blessed by them & their passion for their job, and compassion for people. I am beyond words and cant say enough about these people. I may never be able to express how much I appreciate their time and gift of my smile back, but more importantly my self esteem & ME (Shelley) back... But my heart & loved ones want you to know.. THANK YOU WITH ALL MY HEART & A MILLION THANKS.. North Stapley Dental office YOU ALL ARE THE BEST ...

Dr. Miller did a Same day extraction of a broken tooth.last week ...they quoted me the price over the phone for the exam and x ray...their office near Stapley and University was very convenient ....near both work and home via bus ....Since I have had no dental insurance for 15 years , my oral health has suffered and the result has been lost teeth....I would definitely tell other people to contact them....I will definitely go back again as I can afford .I already have an appointment after my next paycheck to see what can be done so I dont LOSE anymore The assistant understood my limitations and accommodated them... making sure that the jaw area was numb.... followed up the next day with a phone call...as an emergency extraction they do not have the time on that day to do a cleaning scheduling was easy ... financial arrangements were efficiently managed and fully disclosed...I was given choices as to how much work would be done and time to consider it

We are "winterizing" in this wonderful area and John broke off a piece of his tooth and was experiencing throbbing pain. As this was late in the day on a Friday and most dental offices were closed for the weekend, I was able to Google "Emergency Dentists" and North Stapley Dental Care popped up. I called as soon as they were open on Saturday morning and was greeted by a wonderful voice on the other end who immediately put me at ease. Divine Intervention was with us as I searched for an emergency dentist for my husband. Within a few hours we were in their office and John was being treated. Everyone that we came into contact with in that office were caring, helpful and experienced. Procedures and pricing was explained to us and we were allowed to choose which treatment option best fit our needs. As we are thinking of staying in this area they will be our new dental provider! Thank you Dr. Dastrup and Morgan for taking such wonderful care of John!

Let me start by saying I was very happy with my previous dentist and quite honestly was not in the market for a new one. My youngest child had a dental emergency and I contacted the office of my dentist of 15 years. Well, it took them over four hours to respond so we obviously were not waiting that long. Stumbled upon North Stapley Dental Care and they were not only open on a Saturday, but said to come right in. Less than one hour later we were finished and my son was taken care of. Two hours after that is when my usual dental office finally called. I decided to switch to their practice simply because the Dentists were fantastic and the customer service from the staff was first class. I have since gone in for my cleaning and will be having an implant completed next week. It is beyond obvious they care about their patients. Dont think twice about going to North Stapley Dental!

Being a new patient who had not seen the room of a dentist office in years, I was given a treatment plan to receive a wisdom tooth extraction, fillings, and a gentle and deep cleaning in the matter of two weeks. Though it was so quick I was treated with efficient and effective care, the best care I have yet to experience!! Even though the idea of a dentist office is haunting to me, going to North Stapley Dental care made me feel comfortable and feel right at home, I could trust those treating me. Plus it is always a relaxing environment where you can laugh and you meet the sweetest people who genuinely care about you and on top of that can give your pearly whites the absolute best care! If you attend North Stapley Dental care you do not have to stress about the treatment you will receive because you already know there is nothing better! I do not think I could thank them enough.
