I hate leaving bad reviews, but I was frustrated and felt the need to express my dissatisfaction. I called in to the office and told the receptionist that I thought a filling had fallen out, but i wasnt sure. I told her that my dental insurance didnt kick in till next month, so I was wondering If Dr Gordon could do a courtesy glance at my tooth and let me know if i need to schedule an appointment to get it fixed. I wanted to wait until I had insurance. He ended up looking at my mouth for less then a minute, then informed me I didnt have a filling fall out. Now I dont expect people to do work for free, but weve spent a lot on dental work with them in the past. Too get charged $75 for less then a minute of looking at my tooth seems ludicrous. To top it off I was clear that I didnt want to come in for a charged appointment till my insurance kicked in, if I would have known I was going to get charged I would have waited 2 weeks. So with that experience my family is most likely looking for a new dentist.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Gordons practically from the day he left dental school and have loved every hour, minute, and second of it. When was the last time your dentist remembered what was going on in your life 6 months ago when he last did your checkup? Chances are slim... BUT! Dr. Gordon IS that dentist. They were courteous, the office was clean and the receptionists were polite. I had to wait for over an hour for my appointment, however. The dentist seemed awesome, but really REALLY dug in there with the numbing needle. My tooth hurt for three months afterward, when I called they said that was normal. Now, less than a year later, the same tooth is hurting again. So my overall review is that it seemed good, but I was disappointed in the wait and the fact that it was a painful waste of time and money since they apparently didnt get all the cavity filled in.

We switched to Gordon Family Dental 4 years ago when my insurance coverage changed at work. At the time I wasnt excited to make the change from our prior dentist of 13yrs. Wow, how my opinion has changed. Since day one everyone at Gordon Family Dental has been great. Dr Gordon is the most competent, honest, and caring dentist Ive ever been to. Gordon Family Dental has been my favorite dentist out of 4 I have tried. The cleanings are pain-free and they do a thorough job. I dont know how, but Dr. Gordon remembers things that we talked about 6 months earlier! He is patient to explain things to me and happily answers all my questions. He goes above and beyond what I pay for and has free laughing gas while numbing. All of the assistants are friendly and approachable. I switched my kids to Gordon Family Dental from a pediatric dentist because he is so good!

Dr. Gordon is great at explaining the why behind what he does. I dont feel there was a question I had that he wasnt able to answer to my satisfaction. Anther comforting and impressive part of his practice is the technology he uses. When he was telling me about the inside of my mouth he didnt just talk to me about it he showed me detailed pictures. On them it was easy to see what he was talking about and why it needed to be treated. It provided for me great reassurance. Thanks Dr. Gordon!

"My dentist told me I needed a crown. I was like, I know, right?" I love that David Gordon has a "crown-making machine" in the office so that when I needed a crown last year it was all done in one visit. All the staff act happy to see me and they act happy to be there. David Gordon is very personable and is careful with my dental work. All around a great dentist office with quality work!

After having several dental experience, Dr Gordon is, hands down, the best dentist. He takes his time to make sure that your educated, and comfortable. His staff is welcoming and you can tell the truly care about their patients. We have been going to Gordon Family Dental and have loved it. The staff is so friendly and it is a really clean, nice office. I love that I can watch a movie while getting dental work done and I dont have to listen to it. :) Theyve always been easy to schedule appointments for 3 of us at a time - it really make it convenient for our family.
