I went to her for years, the Susan left from the front desk and was replaced with a very vile woman. I have been treated awful after calling about a possible appendicitis problem (it was serious), the woman told me to bad and I was not talking to the Dr. She did not tell the Dr. for about 8 hrs. The next day after my surgery I was told to go to my primary doctor for a follow up within 3 days. I did and was treated rudely by the front desk yet again. Dr. Dubiel just talked to me, made excuses for the rude front desk, never took my temp, never looked at stitches, and most alarming for me never took my blood pressure as I have had 3 TIAs and take blood pressure meds. NOTHING just took money from me and my insurance. Many times than not, she never took my blood pressure at my 6 month appointments . Just talked and wrote refills. At one time this Dr. was a pleasure to go to. The last years without Susan have been horrible. Have a great Doctor now!

I recently moved from Illinois and was given this Dr from my insurance provider as my primary Dr. I have not needed an appointment until today. I have a medical problem that needed attention, so I called the office. After 4-5 rings someone answered hello. I wasnt sure I had the doctors office so asked and was rudely told "yes I told you 3 or 4 times!" I told her I was a new patient that hadnt been seen by the doctor but needed an appointment for my problem. She told me there was no opening until the end of the month, Today was the 11th. I asked what could I do in the meantime and she said, " I dont care, you are not our patient!" Then she hung up on me! I have never experienced such rude and unprofessional treatment. If this is who the doctor has as the first person you encounter in her practice, I can only imagine what quality of doctor this is!!! This person should be fired!!!!

Dr Dubiel should not be practicing medicine. She did not know why I was in for a follow up apt. from a chest xray and lab work. No reports were available and I waited 25 minutes for her assistant to call to try to find them. Very unprepared. They didnt know what they were doing at all. The office is old with smelly carpet and a dog running around. It is the worst excuse for a professional organization I have ever encountered. They have papers everywhere and no computer system in place. Records are lost and all over the place. She had another patient with her that they had also lost records for and could not help her. Stay away she is a phony and only wants to recommend hormone testing for all to make money. I walked out with my records after 2 visits. Worst ever experience I have encountered in the medical field. Stay away from there!!!

She is a wonderful more natural doctor. Would recommend her to friends and family and I am very grateful that we found her and she is on our provider list! I researched for a year or so on natural ways to help someone with heartburn, in one visit she recommended deglycyrrhizinated licorice tablets. Made a huge instant difference and it is cheap and natural.
