Dont get me wrong, Dr. KATO is an amazing compassionate dr. Who assisted my mother through her illness in every way, service in refference to the front desk/scheduling staff is a whole other story. Amanda helped me today considering my mother, thank god now well and managing, has a hectic everyday life managing work and my youngest brother. She often misplaces the appointment card for her follow-ups, after a bout two missed appoinments due to no confirmation calls because theyre done "when we have time" only , i called in to see if i could set up an email sent schedule as to be able to keep more constant tabs. Upon my call back i was explaining what i needed only to recieve a response of "if we cant call we wont, so i dont know what you want me to do." Im sorry but im sure a simple "i apologize, let me see how we can fix this" is more suited than letting me know for the tenth time you would rather not help and have my mother fin for herself. Thank you Amanda for your assistance but please try to sound more considerate as well as all other front desk staff who really need some manners, even if you do not want to deal or have the time.
