Dr. Gelzayd is a fantastic specialist. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable regarding his field, he knows how to translate the medical jargon into terms I can understand. He is incredibly caring and calming, a very excellent quality in a specialist. He also has a fantastic sense of humor. Despite the fact that he is a busy specialist, I never have any trouble making an appointment, and when I do have an appointment I never feel rushed, despite how busy the waiting room may be. He wants to make sure that when I leave his office that I know exactly what the next steps are that I have to take in regards to treatment. Both his front office staff are as nice as can be and I love chatting and joking with both the lovely Julie and Marie, you girls are dolls! Thanks Dr. Gelzayd for being such a fantastic provider, the valley needs more attentive medical doctors such as yourself!

Dr. Gelzayd is not a good doctor. When my husband first saw him I went with him and I was appalled at the way we were treated both by his staff (one being his wife) and by Dr. Gelzayd himself. He was a very short, terse irritated doctor who seemed to be unhappy with everything my husband did in his daily life. Dr. Gelzayd was not a compassionate, kind person, he was rude and short with my husband and me, saying, "who is the patient here?" "Who am I talking too?" when we were answering his questions. He was so rude and his staff was awful, "Marie" HUNG UP on me 3 times when I was trying to get an appointment for my husband and "would not speak to me" since I "was not the patient". Not only did she hang up on me, but she also told me "NEVER TO CALL AGAIN". And we will not, because we would not go to him if he was the LAST DOCTOR ON EARTH!!!!!!!!

Called to inquire details. Wanted to go with Dr. Bradford but the lady with the raspy voice that answered the phone was absolutely rude and sarcastic! Informed her with all of my insurance information and she would not give me any information such as available appointment dates and further details of the practice. If you dont like your job that much, you should just quit. Thanks lady. You just ruined your doctors chances of getting new clients.

The office staff was always unfriendly and made me feel rushed in everything I was doing. I know they might be under some work related stress, but that doesnt give them the right to treat people poorly or just abandon good communication altogether. I wish that I didnt have to write this review, but I dont think anyone should deal with poor customer service, especially when theyre dealing with the stress of health concerns.

Doc is very good and has treated us well. His staff, on the other hand, are rude and condescending. I apologize, doc, for only leaving you two stars, but you need to do something about them. The blonde haired lady is about as nice as an alligator with hemmoroids. The other, dark haired lady, isnt much better. If you need a good gut doc, he is good. You just have to get past the front desk, which frankly sucks.
