Beginning June 2013, I suffered with all over pain, tenderness, numbness, twitching movements and SO many more symptoms prior to starting treatment with Drs JR and Tonya Crabtree. I was miserable everyday and was only able to do very few tasks. The only thing that helped was narcotic pain medicine and that didnt make the pain go away it just made it somewhat manageable. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in November 2013. I was hopeful that since I had a diagnosis I would soon get relief. My rheumatologist tried several medicines to help treat me but nothing she prescribed really helped. My pain was to the point that I was going to have to start seeing a pain management doctor. My life was falling apart and I felt hopeless. My family didnt even feel like they "knew" me anymore. I was a shell of my former self. When my husband mentioned Arkansas Upper Cervical Center to me I was skeptical, but after we talked to the Crabtrees we understood what made their practice different from other chiropractic offices. My first alignment was January 22,2014. I could tell a difference that day! I didnt want to get my hopes up because I had suffered what felt like forever and simply didnt want another let down. I have not been let down. My quality of life has improved SO much. Im not "cured" but with the help of Dr. JR and Dr. Tonya Crabtree my body is starting to heal itself. My pain is so much better! I have not had any narcotic pain medicine since mid February and before I started treatment at AR Upper Cervical Center I had to take something daily. Ive also been able to stop taking Cymbalta which had such a negative effect on my emotional health. I strongly recommend treatment with these great doctors. Not only are they great at what they do, but they are great people to be around. You always feel welcome and part of the Upper Cervical Care Family.

I visited the Ark Upper Cervical Center in August of this year (2015). I was skeptical about what everyone was saying about correction to the atlas of the spine and what this doctor could do. Once I met with J.R. and Tanya I decided to begin treatment that day. I had migraines and severe vertigo spells almost daily, but was told by Dr. Crabtree that he believed he could stop all of that within 6 months. I was disappointed when it didnt happen right away, but over the past 5 weeks I have not had on vertigo spell or one migraine. I actually feel like a normal person again. This has also helped me with my allergies to ragweed. I wouldve been miserable by now and I have had no reactions this season and I do believe this is do to the progress we are making. Their office and staff are friendly and Christian based, which was very important to me. Both Dr. Crabtree and Tanya Crabtree have been so great to talk to me about where weve been and where we are headed. I have about 4 months or so left to continue treatment but I am very certain what they do there is blessed by God and they have certainly helped me. I recommend anyone who has the symptoms Ive had and medication is not working, go see these wonderful people at Arkansas Upper Cervical Center. They can help you.... they did me! Thank you so much J.R and Tanya for what you do and how youve helped me.

After 23 years of pain, headaches and other issues, my Quality of LIfe has done a 180. I think it would be easier for me to list all the issues that have improved for me since having my Atlas adjusted by Dr. Crabtree. First of all, my headaches have improved by 95%. My ADD, anxiety, OCD and incidentally my calm and patience. Also, my chronic fatigue/fibromyalgia have improved. My vertigo/dizziness/nausea are improved. My brain fog is lifting and with it my confidence, especially at work. The circulation in my right foot, hand, wrist and elbow is better. My energy/stamina levels are much higher. My sleeping is much better as I go to sleep quicker and sleep deeper at night. My TMJ/grinding of my teeth has seen great improvement. The head/ear/neck pain/sensitivity is much better. My night sweats have dramatically lessened. I have more neck range of motion movement. In addition, the Rosacea on my face is clearing/improving. All these great things and I have been seeing the Docs for about 5 weeks now. I am looking forward to the future improvements and continued improvements in these issues. I first started seeing Dr. Crabtree in February of 2015. Before making my first appointment at The Arkansas Upper Cervical Center, I suffered from severe acid re-flux, eczema, and digestive issures. Prior to meeting with Dr. Crabtree, I had taken every prescription and over the counter drug known to man. During the first couple of weeks, the medicine and ointments I was using seemed to help but eventually all of my problems would start resurfacing. It was as if I was growing immune to the products that I was using. In the end I would have to try and find another product that might or might not help. All in all, I just kept spending money on products that weren’t giving me the results I wanted. Here I am, five months later after starting Upper Cervical Care, heartburn and acid reflux free. I could tell a difference after my first adjustment. There was no more discomfort. My eczema has completely cleared up and is no longer embarrassing to the point of staying indoors and my digestive issues cease to exist!! Im completely amazed with Dr. Crabtree and Dr. Tonya and the work they are doing to help people FEEL BETTER! Im extremely thankful for the Arkansas Upper Cervical Center!!!

Ive lived with daily headaches and constant back problems for years; no doctor or chiropractor was able to explain why I was having so many problems and pain (Im only in my twenties). I was always getting pinched nerves and going numb in random places. I would have to take a lot of pain relievers for headaches as well as a muscle relaxer for back pain. I also had major problems sleeping and felt exhausted all the time. Did I mention restless leg?! UGH! As soon as I started the program, my headaches were less frequent and, now, I hardly have one at all and Im not finished yet! Literally, the first night after my first adjustment, I slept through the night and fell asleep within 30 minutes of laying down. I havent had much back pain and havent had any nerve pain or numbness since I started. I dont take my muscle relaxer at all anymore! The office is so relaxing and everyone is always nice and welcoming! I think my favorite part of the whole experience was on the first day, we sat down and it was explained to me exactly what they looked for, why it was important, and then looked at my specific x-ray and what needed to be fixed. It just makes so much sense.

I have had severe neck pain for years. I suffered from headaches and pain radiating out from my neck. While in Little Rock, I heard a radio advertisement for the Arkansas Upper Cervical Center on KARN radio. I decided to check into getting my atlas adjusted. After the initial adjustment I felt better. The pain was decreased by 70%. After 2 1/2 months I feel even better. No more constant neck/head/ shoulder pain. I have noticed that I have not had any sinus problems since my 1st treatment. Other health issues have seen improvement. I feel that Dr.s J.R. and Tonya Crabtree actually care about helping me feel better. Getting my atlas adjusted really helped me and Im sure it can help you as well. I live 500 miles from Searcy, AR.. It has been well worth my time to come get treated by Dr. Crabtree. I wish I had known about this years ago.
