I give this organization 0 stars due to lack of client compassionate care. However, I had to give one star to be able to publish review. It seems all this organization cares about is purchasing veterinary businesses for their bottom line which is greedy money. Per my local vet, the owner NVA doesnt set prices for services or even seem to know what the exorbitant charges are. Since they took over as new owner the prices have skyrocketed at Oley Valley Animal Clinic. I can guarantee this greedy owner and local vet clinic will lose many clients. I will certainly discourage everyone I know to not participate in any vet service that NVA owns. Extremely dissatisfied!!!

Ive had the chance to work directly with a few of the management team members at NVA and I have been impressed by their dedication to service and continual improvement of their organization. Their hospital managers (Ive only spoken with a few) all seem to enjoy being a part of NVA. Overall, my experience with NVA has been very positive.
