Im not a rich person. I am a homeless vet. And my cat was sick. I had made an appt. this morning and missed it. Couldnt find my cat. Later found my cat and made a later appt. Was told the initial exam was $60.00. I understood this and was only to scramble up $50.00. Well by this time I missed my extended appt. by 10 min. I was on hold for 5 min. When I explained I only had $50.00. She told me the price was $60.00 and that I was late and she couldnt help me. Talk about no compassion. I would hate to think if they carry the same "Oh well" attitude to the animals in their care. What greedy individuals. "Good luck", she said. "Outstanding". I thought; so heartless.
