I called to schedule an appointment for my puppies to get their first set of shots, the lady suggested I wait a until they were a little older and gave me prices. Very nice. I called back a week later and spoke to a very rude woman who laughed when I told her the price that I had been given. She said "why dont you just call around and see if someone will do it for free." I wasnt aware that spending 200 was free. I told her I was just asking questions and didnt understand why she had such an attitude. She told me I have one as well, and this just wouldnt work out. In other words, they dont need my business. Ill never go here even with my own dogs, the price being different wasnt the issue, her talking to me like I was asking for favors and being rude for no reason, was completely in called for.

Took our boxer in today. We met the staff and the veterinarian. Dr.Ted was very thorough with his exam and kind to our old girl. Tons of treats and love from him and his helper. The girls all smiled and laughed with my wife and l, they entertained us all, really. This small vet hospital feels small town and welcoming. I do recommend this place for humans and animals. :-)

Ted is a great vet. What really impresses me the most about him is how he responds when your pet is really sick or in a life or death situation. He not only cares a lot about pets, he cares about their humans.

I also recommend Dr Ted and his staff. He has a real feel for our cats and I trust his judgment regarding what they need. His staff are also respectful and caring for the animals and their caretakers.
