Wonderful staff. They remember me and the dog. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond. They all seem yo love the animals and their jobs. They have a wonderful selection of dog food and treats. The place is always pristine even though dogs are in and out all day. The only annoying part is paying for parking in Burlingame. I took my brand new rescue there for food and they helped me bathe him free of charge so I could try it out.

They only carry the BEST of foods. Seriously close your eyes and pick ANYTHING and itll be healthy for your dog. The staff are very knowlegable about different breeds of dogs from all over the world. Ask them anything and theyll be prepared with a solid answer. The shop is also very well kept and clean, especially for a pet store. And no, it doesnt smell. ;)

The staff here are knowledgeable and friendly. Their return policy is very reasonable, so we feel confident about making purchases here.
