I had this review on their face book page, and they deleted it. So i wonder how many other reviews they have censored. This place is a joke. I would never take my pets to this Banfield. I worked here for five months and know Dr. Deeder aka Hussey directly. She cares more about her comp exam and wellness plan stats for corporate, than your pet. She often speaks poorly of clients and their pets, while they are there, and says that clients "waste her time with uneccesary questions" She will ALWAYS rush you and your pet and try to sell you a plan you dont need(price check people, locally owned vets are cheaper). Lake Oswego also does not have ANY certified vet technicians, and they do not fully train their vet assistants before letting them work on your pet("Just carry around a needle to learn to hold it then start poking pets") . I have seen pets sick, and/or in pain, and they have been ignored and have had to wait HOURS for medication and relief. Banfields only goal is to see over 20 pets a day, with only 1 doctor new doctor there and 2 to 3 untrained VAs. The staff tells you its better to drop off your pet for a comprehensive exam "so they can get a better look", but they actually let your pet sit in a kennel for hours , only to be seen by the doctor for a few minutes TOPS in between surgeries . They yell at your pet and throw things at the kennel if it whines or acts scared, and have no compassion. (You get a better comp exam in room watching,, IN fact watch everything you can if you must go here!) Please, for the love of your furry friend, go to a locally owned vet clinic, not corporate Banfield or to Dr. Deeder.

Amazing! The entire staff team went above and beyond for my dog, Brody! My first time at a Banfield Pet Hospital and I will never go anywhere else. Its so wonderful and comforting when you know your pet is in a trusting, comfortable and safe environment with staff that truly care. They let me know about their Wellness program which saved me hundreds and hundreds of dollars.
