When your animal is coming to their last days - there is no peace with having to make the determination of when its time. You second guess yourself and put yourself through pain asking if its too soon - or all too often you keep the animal longer than they should be because you dont have sound advice helping you do the right thing. Dr. Cherie helped us in Divas last days like I have never been helped through many animals. She gave us the peace we needed - and when it was time she sat with me, shared my tears, and comforted me. Her compassion goes way beyond any that I have seen or known. I am SO thankful for Compass Clinic. I will go here with all my animals for as long as Dr. Cherie is there.

Dr. Connolly is so good with my kitties that we followed her across town when she opened Compass. She makes sure theyre comfortable, gets down to their level (they are rarely on the standard examining table, as they tend to be more comfortable on the floor or her lap), and coos at and snuggles them as if theyre her own. She clearly loves each animal that comes through her door. Even my scaredy cat loves her! Her prices are the most affordable Ive seen, and when Ive had a larger-than-expected bill, shes worked with me. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Connolly and Compass. (Her staff is awesome, too!)

I typically never review places but I wanted to make sure to review this one. I just had the best experience at a Vet Clinic than Ive had in the past 10 years of being a pet owner. Dr. C and her staff were so calm and gentle with my older stressed out cat. He had never had a good vet experience before today. The exam was very thorough and Dr. C addressed all of my concerns and we came up with a game plan that worked for me. I left feeling so taken care of and my cat Tommy was calmer than he ever has been! If you want quality treatment for your pets, this is the place to go!

Dr. Connelly is extremely knowledgeable and takes her time, which I appreciate! If she didnt know an answer to a question, she found out and personally contacted me within hours (We are traveling with our dog to Costa Rica) You can tell she is a true scholar! I enjoyed my conversation with Dr. Connelly and learned so much! I also noticed that she has a very level headed way of approaching her patients, she is calm and confident and absolutely open to questions and concerns. Plus her staff follows suite with being friendly helpful and going above and beyond!

My first visit to this clinic was phenomenal. From the first phone call to the clinic, to making the appointment, I came to see Dr. Connolly and until the last minute picking up my kitten after the spay procedure were beyond my expectation. After we arrived home from the procedure, couple hours passed, my kitten pulled the stitches and I called the clinic even 10 minutes before the closing hour, they asked me to bring Rosie, the kitten back to the clinic and they waited for us. She and her staff were just great. Thank you so much.

Compass Veterinary Clinic is state of the art, amazingly so. I even got a tour of the facility! The staff is courteous, friendly and helpful. Dr Connolly puts the pet at ease by kneeling to his/her level and speaking to him/her, all the while doing a physical exam in the guise of petting. If she encounters a sensitive spot, she speaks to the animal about it before consulting with the owner. My cat LOVES her I cant imagine better service than at Compass Vet.

Recently went in and saw Dr. Baron. My cat is afraid of his own reflection, yet he didnt seem to mind at all when Dr. Baron was doing the check up. Shes very gentle and patient, unlike some other vets at different clinics Ive been to where they just seem to want to get the business done and dont really care about the pets. Couldnt be happier with the service Ive gotten here, and my kitty seems pretty happy with it too :)

I was very grateful to the staff at Compass Veterinary Clinic today when they offered to keep my dog Georgie for the short time that I needed to shop. I found myself needing to run to New Seasons and while the temperature was showing around 68, when I returned to the car after shopping, it was almost 90 inside the car and not a safe place to leave your pet. Dr. Connolly has been my vet of choice for 19 years or so when she worked at Companion. Went today (1/27/2016) to check out her new location. The office is clean, staff friendly, and my wife and I even got a tour of the place. Overall, very happy with her caring, compassionate manner with our animals and look forward to many more years of service.

I was seeing another vet (that was a bit of a drive for me) and Dr. Connolly moved her clinic right near my home and Im thrilled she did. She loves my dogs too and it means the world to me. This place is amazing! The vet was incredibly patient about answering questions. I had to email and ask more, and she answered those the same day! Plus my nervous dog loved her. He didnt want to leave - when does that ever happen? And the vet didnt push to sell us anything.

Dr. Connelly has been amazing with both my dogs. The staff is always good with them. Theyve gotten me in quickly for emergencies and theyre willing to work around my schedule. When my dogs are sick Dr. Connelly always checks back in with me multiple times over the few days.
