My cat has just come home from surgery, after a three week process of isolating the cause of her urinary tract infection. Dr. Menighed took her in as a new patient, after hours, the first night I noticed blood in her urine. He was gentle and caring with her. At times it seemed as if she was his only patient. He called regularly to check up on her and was genuinely concerned. My whole experience with BVC was wonderful. The vet techs and desk staff were warm, friendly and informative. I was approved for a line of credit with Care Credit, but would have had to go to another vet, since BVC cant accept it. I decided to stay with BVC after calling around and discovering that their prices on x-rays, ultra sounds and surgery were much more reasonable (sometimes even 30% less!) than the places that accepted Care Credit. BVC ended up being a great financial choice on top of the attentive care my cat and I received. Thanks to BVC for making this horrible experience much less painful and much less expensive! I will be taking my other cat in next month for a check up.

First, I would just like to say, "THANK YOU" to all staff at Broadway Vet Clinic. I took my Chihuahua in to get his teeth cleaned. From the second we went in, we were greeted with a very friendly Staff. Of course we were nervous, but the nice vet tech took the time that I needed, to help me understand questions about the process, before taking him back. She was very reassuring to us and, "That meant a whole lot to me that she took extra time for my dog and I." I picked him back up as scheduled. They were very gentle with him, explained exactly what they did, how to administer his medication, and did not rush me out the door!!! It was such a great experience and best of all they extracted 11 of his rotten teeth and took all the plaque off the remaining. His teeth are beautifully white again. I couldnt be more thankful at what a fine job they did!!!! Thank you for helping us, caring about my animal and doing such a superb job!! I highly recommended NE Broadway Vet Clinic!! !!!!

I have taken my dog to Broadway vet for a number of years and would not consider going anywhere else. Their pricing is very fair and their quotes for surgery have always been accurate. I moved out of state for a couple of years and had to see another vet. I couldnt wait to get back to BVC because their service is great, their pricing is fair, the care is excellent, and they understand how important my dog is to me. I could give you numerous stories about how they went the extra mile for me and my dog. They also were pretty creative in ways I could save money when it came to her care. As far as the unapproved costs and services, I have never incurred anything like that with them. When my dog had surgery, they called me to ask my permission before pulling a tooth (we didnt know how bad of shape the tooth was in until during her surgery) and they reviewed the additional costs with me prior to pulling it. If you are looking for a good vet, go here! I continue to be impressed with their care.

Cons: - staff didnt seem to care to get to the bottom of the issue my cat was having. I went in several times and got a shrug and some antibiotics. After 9 months of care with BVC I just switched over to Irvington where they seem to care MUCH, MUCH more about my cat. They took the time to get to know my kitty before poking and prodding him. - Also, staff would rough handle my kitty because he had a bad reputation :( - And, at one point a vet (male) had told me one thing in the office and then when the insurance asked him about it he denied it! Lied to them and to me! He said he wasnt willing to risk his license even though he had told me right out while I was in the office with him. Pros: - I could get in right away even without an appointment Im done with this place. Youre welcome to try it, but be warned. This is very low quality care.

We saw Sal Jepson when our Golden Retriever had a slight limp. She was kind and gentle with our dog. Fast and efficient in her diagnosis. The service touch that went above and beyond- she gave my 3-year-old son (who had been drug along on a day of errands) a book about animals and made sure he felt engaged and comfortable in the process. To top the excellent service experienced during our visit, five days later I received a call from Dr. Jepson inquiring about Scotchs progress and inviting me to contact her if I had any questions or if he was still limping. I was impressed and will go to Broadway vet for future care.

Everyone Ive had contact with here was wonderful. Dr Lambert very careful and caring with my dear Harry who is elderly. On their own initiative they helped me find the cheapest place to buy his new medication, saving me more than $100. When he reacted badly to a med, and I was on my way to the airport, they went out of their way to help get the new meds to my dogsitter, even calling the prescription in to a pharmacy near him so he wouldnt have to travel far. I just received a follow up call from Broadway Vet, asking how Harrys doing. They are awesome! So appreciate everyone going out of their way to help us!

In reading reviews on this page I was compelled to say the clinic has done a fabulous job, helping us treat our cat that has Chronic Kidney Failure. The attention, service and kindness has been wonderful, Dr Azeddine Menighed is a super guy with gentle skills and disposition. We have also had wonderful experiences Martee Pinnell. The staff and front desk have been wonderful to us. We are not new to the clinic they have been treating our pets for the past 15 years

I must say that Dr. Schaad is seriously lacking bedside manner. My dog underwent a major surgery to remove a tumor and his behavior towards me is unacceptable. I was to be sent away without any information or explanation of how the surgery went. When I probed, I was told not to get twisted over details. We will seriously consider going elsewhere. Shockingly, the woman at the front desk was apologetic and kind.

I want to say I am a little confused reading some of the reviews here. I found D.V.M. Duane Schaad and the entire staff at Broadway Veterinary Clinic to be warm, compassionate and caring of my pet as well as everyone elses that was there when I was there. They are wonderful and I cant tell you how much value I have for their work.

This place wont miss a chance to maximize their charges! Unnecessary lab tests, antibiotic prescriptions, and steroid doses. Im an MD and wouldnt treat human patients this way. A $250.00 bill for fleas! Complete with steroids and antibiotics! When you question what they are doing, they ask if you dont want whats best for your pet.

We have used this clinic for years, and LOVE Dr. Martee. However- the website link is for a business nearby- that sells pet supplies- it is not related to the vet clinic, as far as I can tell. I am sure pets on broadway is a fine place- but they are NOT the same as Broadway Vet clinic.
