I placed a phone call in regards to my 100 lb dog getting fixed. The lady I spoke with today was extremely rude and made me feel like she didnt have the time to answer my questions. I honestly dont care if someone has worked somewhere for 9 yrs and didnt recognize the organization that is helping me get my dog fixed. I had called on a different day and had been told Id receive a call back after they made sure theyve worked with them before. I would rather drive further then deal with customer service like this. If I dont like someones attitude, I can only imagine how my dog will feel....I choose to go elsewhere where I dont feel like Im being judged because an organization is paying to get my dog fixed!!

Valley Veterinary Clinic is staffed with amazing, hard-working people. They are a busy mixed-animal practice, and are always willing to see you. Sometimes this may mean waiting if you havent made an appointment. If you are comfortable with that, they will see you when they are able. Medicine-wise, they have excellent doctors with years of experience. Surgery-wise, they are able and willing to do many surgeries that other local hospitals will refuse, or refer to a specialist. A great value and dedicated people!

Their veterinary care is so widely known in the area that they rarely accept new patients. Their new large animal vet is terrific. She fixed up my goat today really well. The small animal surgeons, hospital care and front desk people are super, and so are the small animal vets. Science Diet pet food gets a B. Pork is indigestible for cats.

Weve taken both our pets and farm animals to Valley Veterinary and have had excellent experiences every time. Everyone there has been great with our animals and have provided excellent customer service to us. Their prices are the best around, too.

Not accepting new patients but recommending another vet. I must have heard the name incorrectly and had to call back for clarification. The person was very rude. The place gets great reviews, but the staff is rude.
