The new facilities are nice and the staff are generally friendly. The cost is average, I suppose, but I cant help but feel frustrated and disappointed. I took the cats in last week for something specific and they decided to do a full physical without consulting me, even though theyd just had that done a few months prior. I didnt complain, but the cost was much higher than anticipated, incl recommended flea meds they had to sell me directly. Of course theres no generic. One of the cats has gotten worse since, so I called to ask how long I should wait and observe before coming back. The attendant did not consult the vet, just told me Id better revisit. So I did, but then the vet said that it would be a month before the medication would have time to work so it wasnt necessary. But since I was there, they decided to do a skin scraping and look at it under the microscope... In the end, they found nothing and couldnt diagnose the condition or tell me anymore than I was able to find online. In lieu of the lack of accomplishment, I thought they might even waive the charge of the visit. At worst, I expected another $30-$60. But it was another $100+ just for the fruitless procedure and unnecessary followup. I never shortchange my cats even though Im living in a crappy apartment on a students income, but I would appreciate it beyond expression if I felt like they gave a little consideration to my finances instead of only their own. Im sure that they are hurting in this economy like the rest of us, but their residence and equipment says its not enough to warrant exploiting the customer beyond reason. Just a tad more consideration would win a lot more loyalty from me.

We had an amazing first visit. The nurses and doctors were understanding of our nervous pup and did their best to make him feel comfortable, calling him by name and giving him treats. We made an appointment that same day and were seen almost right away. There wasnt a lot of waiting around in the waiting room which can often make pets nervous and antsy. The doctor gave us tips based on her own experience on how to stop our pup from barking when he gets nervous and showed us full support in owning a pitbull and in training him to be the best dog he can be. The nurses as well as the doctor encouraged us to stop by when ever we are available to get our pup accustomed to the office and the people working there. A couple days later we received a call from the office in order to see how our pup was doing and they encouraged us to call back in a couple days to ensure everything was going well. Thank you to all the staff!

Felt like vet wasnt listening to me about my dogs choice of chew toys. I have no reason to lie, but she seemed adamant I wasnt being truthful because of his tooth wear pattern. I just wanted to find out what was really causing the issue and her theory was incorrect because we dont play with the toy she thought was the cuprit. Anyway I like how they let me keep my dog with me and not take him into the back room. He gets a bit of tram from that, shaking, crying and being overall difficult to handle. I can handle him just fine for his blood draws and shots and they let me do that. The vet is a bit pushy on some of the less necessary treatments, like secondary, non puppy deworming. Never heard of it before.

My sister took her dog here to get his injured dewclaws removed and was told to come back in 2 days to get his bandages removed, a free service. TURNS OUT...The service WAS NOT FREE, and they tried charging her over $50 for a new bandage. Once she got home, she noticed what a ABHORRENT JOB theyd done bandaging his legs. The supposedly $50 worth bandages were not even wrapped fully, and my sisters dog is a licker, so his sutures were literally being exposed due to the poor care of the staff. I dont care how hectic your day is, take proper care of peoples pets. Extremely disappointed. Do better.

Delightful first visit with Dr. Hinkle. Very knowledgable, friendly, and open-minded. I got a lot of good information and things to actually DO for this pup with an overly sensitive tummy. Feeling hopeful and looking forward to more great care in the future.

Great first vist. Everyone was very nice and by the end of the quick in and out visit for removal of a tick the lady at the front desk and the technician were calling us and our puppy by name. Great place and very knowledgeable.

The staff here are all extremely kind. They handle my pets with love and care, and are very good with dogs. I get the vibe they arent exactly experts on small animal care, but with dogs/cats they are absolutely fantastic.
