My dog needs some treatment that at other places costs a fortune. So, one of my friends suggested Banfield. I made an appointment and the lady was very nice and helpful. Then the day of the appointment came and my significant others grandfather was given 30min-24hours to live. I called in to change the appointment that she said was set for December 3rd. I then call in that day to confirm the time and the woman i spoke with was terrible. It took her a good 10 min to try and find my account. She eventually couldnt and was just silent on the phone like i needed to do something. I hung up, checked my call records and it was the correct place. I called back, got the same woman and said i know this is the place i scheduled with. I told her what happened on the day of the original appointment, and it took another 10 min and she finally found my account. Then told me she has no appointment for me today and my appointment is next Saturday. I explained i cant do that day and it was supposed to be this Saturday. She took no initative to try and make things right. She said you can walk in but it will be a 2hour wait.. i made the appointment so i didnt have to wait. Needless to say she did not try and look for an appointment for today or tomorrow or any day. I told her to just cancel the appointment next Saturday and she said ok and then hung up. She was rude and had not customer service. I still want to try Banfield so i made an appointment for the lake Oswego office. They where very nice and when i told her the situation she made an appointment for me in two hours. She also apologized for what happened at the clackamas location and i appreciated that since clackamas did not apologize they made me feel like it was my fault.

Have had very positive experiences with Banfield in the past, around 5 years ago, and have spoken highly of them since then, even recommending to friends who are pet owners. Called them today to ask some questions about an exam for my dog, and the woman who answered the phone (said her name was Shawna, not sure on the spelling though) was so rude, I ended the call. Get some better help at your reception desk, Banfield, youre losing customers. (Check all the reviews below mine, this is a common theme for Banfield on 82nd.)

I just want to say how pleased I am with Dr. Nelson! She is the primary Dr. for our pets and I have always a pleasant experience with her! Any questions you have she has no problem with explaining everything! Our 13 year old dog just got spayed and had a mass removed she just an amazing job with her. Thank you for everything you do Dr. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a primary vet Dr. Again thank you for taking such good care of not only our pets, but us as well!

Anytime I call this place the people at the front desk are extremely rude. The only reason I keep going is because there is one vet there(maybe two) that I really like and she is wonderful with my cat. Really the only issue I have is with the front desks customer service or lack of customer service. Maybe they should take a customer service class. It definitely couldnt hurt!

Banfield Clinics are known to be spending, but I cant say enough good things about the service we received while having our dog taken care of her. Dr. Vivanco is awesome!

These folks are always so nice and receptive. It is a little overpriced even with the puppy plan, but it is worth it.
