Again OSU vet clinic never ceases to amaze. Great vets, but their billing department and appts reaches levels of insanity that I have never seen before. They charged me over $1000 more than the estimate for after-surgery care. They gave me an appt with an intern when I specifically made an appointment with a specialist. They billed me two months after an appointment that I had already paid for. You cannot dispute any billings. They are a state institution, failure to pay can result in having your tax refunds withheld or jail time. Good vets, but be warned that they are blood sucking vampires and will take you for every cent you have.

Our 8 month old Pyrenees was treated very well. The local vet told us what was coming, and it did. No secrets, no surprise. Spendy but worth it. Much less than local vets charge.
