While the support people are sweet and the prices are reasonable due to government funding, the vet is chronically forgetful - a fact which everyone around him acknowledges, with many confusing his crustiness with honesty. I was sent to this clinic because I couldnt afford the clinic near our home. The vet removed a tumor, but left other bumps and warned that if I didnt have the them removed soon it would "cost a lot" so I scheduled another surgery. An hour before the surgery I discussed with the vet what would be removed and even circled them with magic marker. He agreed. An hour later he called me from the operating room to argue about which bumps to remove, apparently forgetting our talk only an hour before. When I came for my dog I was dismayed to see that hardly any bumps had been removed. When I confronted the doctor, he claimed that we never discussed the other bumps and I realized he genuinely didnt remember, so quickly paid and left. After I got home I realized nobody had told me about stitches, so I called. The vet couldnt remember, and then decided they were the dissolving type. I took the dog back to my original clinic and was told they know about the vets forgetfulness, but send him animals anyway when the owners cant afford their exorbitant fees. "Its that or death," and then prescribed antibiotics so the shaved bumps wouldnt get infected, and offered to remove the sutures from my dog in 10 days. Find another vet.

This place is horrible they dont care about animals at all they care about making a profit !!! Dr horrible told us manage is not common in puppy and thats a lie. She looked at us like why did you get this puppy. Then had us come in a couple times a week for baths and skin graphs. She said my dogs heart murmur was at a level 2 when 2 other amazing vets said it was at a 6 . She also said my dog had fatty tumors and not to worry about it and they where cancerous !!!! Not to mention the receptionist are retarded and have no clue about anything

Out of the 5 vertinarian hospitals I have had to take my pets to, this one is by far the best. Not only did they comfort my pet when I brought him in to put him down then helped me through a tough decision. They are the most kind, loving, and caring animal hospitals.
