Ive taken my dogs and cats to WH Veterinary Medical Ctr since the late 1990s. Dr. Kunin and his associates are excellent Vets and the back office medical support staff are wonderful, caring, qualified professionals. I find no fault with Dr. Kunin - at all The Office Manager, on the other hand, is the most rude, unprofessional, abrassive person Ive ever had the misfortune of encountering. She is completely lacking in any customer service and communication skills and doesnt accept responsibility for her behavior. After several encounters with the woman, despite my respect for Kunin, I will never return and will never recommend the practice. Interestingly, Ive found that this is her common reputation among many of my friends/acquaintances who have tried to make use of Dr. Kunins professional skills, but who simply cant tolerate the treatment received by the Office Mgr. Ive never had a problem with other office staff whom Ive found to be sensitive and skillfull communicators. But they are all petrified of the office manager who runs the show.

I have been taking all my animals to Dr. Kunin since he began the Vet Med Ctr. ....many years.... I agree with the two reviews below. Dr. Kunin and his associates and the back office medical support staff are wonderful and caring. (the prices are pretty high though) But oh that horrible office manager.....she is very judgmental and rude and has absolutely no empathy or tact in dealing with clients. too bad......

Veterinary Medical Center and Dr. Kunin are great, not the cheapest but they are the best in the valley! Wont take our Labrador anywhere else. Be sure to make an appointment, they get very busy.
