Horrible--so terribly horrible how the staff treats a patient.I was put on hold 3 times and then they just stopped answering the phones. Im supposed to have Natalia Black as a doctor but yet Im stuck with her underling--Yes she is nice and polite.But getting biopsies reports are Null and void. Anthem Blue Cross should knock her off their list. No joke. Dont go here if you want results--run get another doctor. Oh and waiting for an appointment--at least 2 hrs--after your appointment you might get called. Id rather go to the ER than here

I am giving her a 4 star because she is nice and has been thorough with my health; however, her office staff needs a lot of help. If they answer the phone, they sometimes have attitude and do not process paperwork in a timely manor. They have left details out with coding which has caused major delays when being referred to specialists or when getting tests done. Also, it is almost always a very long wait to be seen. Overall, Dr. Black is a very good Dr. She listens and gets my issues addressed quickly.

I had a headache for 8 weeks. She told me to go home and quit stressing! No tests, no meds. I was not under stress. I left her. New doctor found 3 tumors in my spine! Thanks Doc. People please be careful.
