While the staff was friendly and involved, and the facility itself was clean and well kept, I had a bad experience overall. (Note: this was my first experience with this veterinarian.) I scheduled my cat for a check-up when I noticed he started spinning in one direction instead of standing still or walking straight. After talking with the doctor she took him in the back to do some tests in order to determine what the issue was. Outward, there was nothing wrong with my cat. So they gave him some anti-nausea medicine and told me to keep an eye on him. That same day I had to rush him to an emergency vet when he started having seizures. Less than 4 days later I had to put him down. While this vet wasnt equipped to handle brain/emergency cases, it wasnt until later I realized that the first minor focal seizure actually happened AT THIS VET while she was talking to me about what they found, or rather, didnt find and she didnt recognize it as such. I know in my head that even if they were to have caught it right then and we wouldnt have delayed those 5-6 hours it wouldnt have made a difference. Unfortunately, this left a bad impression on me and Im finding it hard to go back to them.

I have been taking my Maxx to Laguna Creek vet for two years now and the customer service and help from the staff is still superb! Ive had a few emergencies (allergic reactions) and I was able to get in quickly and with a quick shot Maxx was back to normal. It is also really nice that the staff remembers you and your furbaby. 9/10/16 update - it seems after I posted my positive review Laguna Creek Vet decided to change their good service. On a recent occasion I had to prove to the office that I actually paid for a service because someone in their office did not update my account properly. I had to take time out of my day to try to find a receipt and my credit card charge from almost two months previous. And not two weeks later, the same thing has happened from my most recent visit. Ive decided to find another vet for Maxx.

I absolutely love Laguna Creek Veterinary Hospital. They dont lie and tell you that you need to do numerous amounts of things to help your pets. They are truthful and honest and that is the best quality to have, as so many vet hospitals will charge you crazy amounts for different services and push endless amounts of services, therapies, medications and/or surgeries. I just took my pup in to get looked at for excessive licking of his paws with flesh increased amounts of redness, irritation, and rash. I had the doc visit, got him tested for heart worm, got two medications and heart guard for 6 months and only paid $150. I was stunned!! At my previous vet near my old house that would have been a $300-$350 visit. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!! Thank you for loving and taking care of my loved ones!!

I came home to find my Holland Lop bunny with an injured leg. I immediately called many vets that werent able to treat bunnies. It was late in the day and i was getting concerned he wouldnt be able to be seen. I called laguna creek and they were able to treat bunnies and could take him in right away. All of the staff was friendly and took a personal interest in my little guy. Dr. Layton was so awesome answering all of my questions, providing me all of the possibilities and treatments. After xrays determined his leg was broken she explained how to treat, what to expect and when to call her if something was not right. I felt the cost of the emergency visit and xray were very reasonable. Thank to Dr. Layton and her staff, it is lucky to find such caring people.

I trust this place so far they have helped my bunny with a infected mouth caused by a servere malclusion of his front teeth. They grow back every 2 months or so. Keep Comming here for teeth trims.They were all so gentle and were very polite when speaking to me while handling my little Snickers. They proscribed my bunny antibiotics gave me clear instructions which made it a alot easier to get my = so Friendly and very helpful office is kept clean and professional and price for a teeth trimming for my bunny were fair and affordable . Also great Doctors always so concerned comforting and helpful. They provide Great services every time so far...the next apt will be my 3rd time comming to them. Keep up the good work!

All she needed was an xray. All the staff needed to do was call us if our dog was being squirmy and we would have decided whether or not she could have a sedative. INSTEAD, they manhandled her and shes never walked the same since. She couldnt jump into the car when we got out to the parking lot, and it took nearly a year for her to not limp anymore. I hope they learned something from this experience since I wrote a lengthy letter explaining our dismay as well as what they SHOULD have done and how they SHOULD have treated our very OLD dog, but I still wouldnt trust them at this point.

For almost 16 years Dr. Purwal and his staff provided excellent care for my dog. They were especially kind and supportive when her life ended. Now I have a new puppy. I have complete confidence in the care and advice Dr. Purwal provides. She went in to be spayed and microchipped and shes doing great. The staff are friendly and the office is exceptionally clean. If youre looking for quality care for your pet I think youll be very happy with Laguna Creek Veterinary Hospital.

My husband and I started bringing our pets to Dr. Purewal in 2004 after a neighbor recommended him, and are beyond satisfied with the caring service that he and his staff provide. Our dogs are now 10+ years old and in excellent health, thanks to the routine checkups and vaccinations, emergency and dental care, understanding and advice of this excellent vet. I unreservedly recommend Dr. Jug Purewal, Dr. Van Doren, Lottie, and the rest of the top-quality staff and Laguna Creek Vet.

Our dog was very sick. Everyone at at Laguna Creek Veterinary Hospital was very very helpful and understanding. They ran test, kept her in a safe environment overnight. The next morning we received a phone call from the hospital. Angel Cakes was doing great!!! Th doctor will be waiting for us to pick her up and take her home. Dr. Purewal meet with us and updated us on our dog current situation. We took her home and she is now doing great. Thank you to the entire staff!!!!

Dr. Van Doren is my favorite doctor at Laguna Creek Veterinary Hospital. Her love of animals is obvious in the care with which she conducts her examinations, and the gentle way she talks to and interacts with my elderly cat. She recommends what is best for my particular cats overall physical and emotional health. She is a gem, as are ALL of the staff at Laguna Creek. I could not ask for a more caring and professional team looking after my Punkin Kitty.

Honest, afffordable, caring environment. I had to say goodbye to my best friend Harley. There was no up care since it was clear his prognosis was terminal and Id never want to prolong his suffering. I wasnt pressured to go to extremes that were futile. I was given all of the information I needed to make a very, very difficult but informed decision. The vet tech Lottie even kissed my baby goodbye.
