A different doctor almost every time I go. Ive been a patient for years! One of their male doctors (who was covering from a different fresno location) was so unprofessional one time I couldnt believe it. He would rather state all his qualifications to you rather than ask more about your health problem. The dr I saw before him had given me 4 referrals to specialists. 3 out of 4 had problems which is why I was back. He decided my back was fine and that I couldnt possibly have nerve pain without a nerve conduction test. He actually walked out and refused to help me. Well 10 months later Ive been in pain management (the one referal I actually got) tried 2 pain injections that didnt work more than 12-24 hours and have been told I need surgery and that my nerve has been VERY irritated for a VERY VERY long time. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOUR IN PAIN!! They wont help! Better off going to ER. I still havent got my other referrals fixed after even crying to the referal guy in person about my pain and grand mal seizures. they are my primary DONT CARE!!

Like others mentioned, I also tried to do a walk-in and I was told they dont accept walk-ins. I asked to get scheduled and she barely even looked at her computer screen and gave me a date for over a month away....... umm....... no thank you. Also if you EVER try to call their office, gooood luck, Ive called DOZENS of times and they answered the phone ONCE!! yes once!! I even called one time while watching them from outside their window as I waited for my mom to finish up next door. This location needs some serious help. I am already trying to change my insurance so I can go elsewhere.

After being released from a mental health hospital, I tried setting up an appointment for my antidepressants. They were unable to make an appointment until 2 weeks after I would run out of my meds, and they said I could do a walk in. I walk in and was refused service because, "We dont do walk-ins for refills". If I end up killing myself, expect this to be used as evidence for a lawsuit on your shady asses. Heres some advice if youre considering this place...GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Death offers better service.

I did a walk in into the clinic and was told that no walk ins were accepted. The clerks told me the next available appoint was month from that day. The lobby was pretty empty and they did not even bother to ask what i came in for. I was thinking about transferring clinics to this location but after this i am never coming back here again!

best service very good doctors and nurses, but out in office woman working very unprofessional. even if you have an appointment she let you in doctors office when ever she want not you. some time you have to wait 3-4 hours, some time she takes walk-in before your appointment.

Dr Logan has been taking excellent, thorough care of me. I sometimes have to wait a while at my appointments but that is because he spends time with his patients and talks about my needs. He is excellent.
