Just wanted to extend a heart felt thank you to all the doctors and nurses at the hospital for your support, outstanding service, skills and methodical approach in treating me last Saturday. I came in a wreck and left feeling like a celebrity. Thank you Doctors Courey, Pauley and Higgins for your precision, handiman work and advice. Thank you Cindi, (I think it was Cindi, mother of the young baby girl), Naiobi, Jo Ellen, Sherrie and especially Kristi for all the pampering, nurturing and professional care from cleaning me down, to monitoring my condition, to your encouragement and all of your sense of humor; it meant everything! Thanks to you Hadrian for handling all the administrative work and I cant recall the x-ray technicians name, but please thank him for his expedient execution of my x-rays. Im coming along fine . . . I saw a hand surgeon today and the fractured finger should heal within 6-8 weeks; and hopefully be as good as new again. Next time Im up in north Lake Tahoe, I would love to stop in and give you all a great big hug, you guys were like family to me and I will nevery forget any of you! My entire family was staying at Incline Village for my sons wedding. When my 75 year old father arrived he had difficulty breathing due to the high altitude and his congestive heart condition. I ended up taking him to the emergency to get checked out. Dr. Carol Scott and her team were amazing. They were very thorough about checking Dad over and just so pleasant the way they treated us. Dr. Scott was able to get Dad some oxygen delivered so he could stay and enjoy the wedding. Thank you so much for your caring and attention to detail. It was deeply appreciated.

Machines smell moldy. They use tap water instead of distilled water. They have more than one patient per attendant. The mask also got steamy which is not proper. My mask got stuck on and could not find the attendant for 10 minutes to release the mask. I would strongly advise using another clinic.

We were in town from Atlanta. My son was diagnosed with strep. The staff was exceptionally caring and kind. We were in and out quickly. I would not have been able to get him medical attention for another 48 hours due to our travel schedule. Thank you for everything!

Plenty of parking. Emergency Room...as implied with prompt attention. Lab is quick and convenient. Hidden gem - the Gift Shop! Also, Conference Room for meetings. Medical offices above.
