Home Care Assistance caregivers have done a phenomenal job for our family. Mom wanted to stay home and we just could not manage her care alone due to our work and families. If it werent for Home Care Assistance, it would have been impossible for us to keep Mom home. She really enjoys the company of her caregiver and is living life again. Thank you Home Care Assistance for all what you have done for us. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs high quality care for an elderly loved one.

They are always late....they never know the number to clock in and out....they look very unprofesional one time we had a girl come wearing american flag leggins ....if you call to cancel a caregiver they dont let them know so the caregiver shows up and your in a awkward situation....they also dont call to tell you a caregiver cancelled until its the actual clock in time.

They expect their caregivers to lift dead weight. They also dont interview their caregivers to determine their abilities. If you cant pay for a mechanical lift, you will be dragged by belt. By a caregiver from a to b. They dont supply the tools for their caregivers to do their jobs, but they will happily take your money.

Jennifer and Marcky of Home Care Assistance have taken in-home senior care to the next level with the companys Cognitive Therapeutics Method. I havent seen anything similar to this program that works with clients one-on-one to help them stay engaged and prevent dementia. Its really wonderful.
