Dont even waste your time with this place. The most unprofessional oxygen company ever in life. Theyre always late on deliveries or dont show at all (then lie and say they came), they reschedule deliveries without even telling you and then act like its your fault that you didnt get your oxygen, and Im not even going to get started about their customer support. All in all, if you want the worst service possible, that dont care about pateint lives at all, with half ass apologizes after another, then this place is for you. Otherwise, I would advise anyone stay far away from poor excuse of a company

I normally work with the Brea office and have a great experience each and every time. I stepped into this office and was "greeted" by Michelle Leyva who had a terrible attitude, angry demeanor, and was the last thing from helpful. The rest of the staff was just standing around in a huddle at one desk talking; like it was a break room. The branch manager door was closed and I assume that this behavior has been allowed as the result of negligent / absent management. It is such a shame because both the call center and Brea branch personnel are great.

Customer Service called me to confirm that my Machine is Calibrated & Ready for Pickup. They also made it clear over the phone that I could come between 1pm and 5pm and that there would be no Co-Payment. Arrived at 3:45pm and the Receptionist Tells me... They Dont have the Machine. Technician took the Rest of the Day Off. Schedule an Appointment between 10am and 12 noon but then there are no available times. Machine will cost $140/month to rent and my Insurance only pays 50%. (Not True) What a total let down with no solution...

My Drs Office VIDA MEDICAL - Fontana , sent my prescription for a CPAP Machine, since I am suffering from sleep apnea for last twenty years. I have to use for life long (99). I have Medical and Medicare insurance. Unfortunately, even after repeated request from Drs office and mine. No CPAP machine has been supplied by Apriya, I am waiting for the machine almost three months. All my calls have been re-directed to Philippines, and asking my confidential information by foreign nationals.

If youre going to outsource customer service, you.may want people that can explain whats going on.I was given the run around and when I asked where my.call was being routed, they could only confirm offshore. No kidding. Horrible lack of service. Apria doesnt deserve a single star, I just wanted to log a complaint about their poorly outsourced customer service.

Was walking in front of their building when some chola asshat cut me off out of their building. After I flipped her off she turned around and asked me if I had a problem.....its just that PEDESTRIANS HAVE THE RIGHT AWAY. I hope I never have to use this company if this is the type of people they employ.

Terrible customer service Ive been doing business since 2015 and Ive call this place a few times to order cpap supplies and I get hung up on or terribly long wait times or they cant answer my questions but transfer me to some one else who supposedly can but They cant or take too long to do so.
