Google is right, I LOVED Advantage Home Health way of caring for my great Auntie Rebecca. Its amazing how different, Advantages nurses are compared to other Home Healthy agencies weve dealt before in our family. My aunt and her nurse have become not only patient and nurse but friends, and companions, swapping stories and Shirley always laughing because of something auntie told her. This environment of laughter, tranquility and trust have made me recommend this agencies to many people whose parents have started to age, and for me it is the best agency serving north county. Not only will you find nurses, even on-call, but also companions, people who help in light cooking even personal shopping for those patients who require one! It has been rare to find these types of services elsewhere! I highly recommend that if you or your family is looking for an agency who will make you feel like you are all family, and not a daily visitation, dont hesitate please call Advantage Home Health, theres nothing to lose but you will gain plenty with these wonderful people and staff. A special thanks to Josie and Sherwin, for making such great effort to see that my aunt is well taken care of and well-matched with the right nurse, Thank You Shirley!

I think most of these reviews are bogus and written by the staff and owners of this corrupt agency. For example: I see "Sharon" here who wrote the reviews for both "locations", can not write them for both locations of this agency in san diego and Glendale. she can not be getting service from both bogus locations at the same time and write reviews about it. just click on her name and you will see. also Julio has a father in san diego that they take care of and a sister in Glendale and other reviews just click on the names you will see. what a joke. the owners think people are stupid. They sure know how to give themselves "5 stars!!" This is another example of corrupt home care agencies who cheat and lie to get clients without regards to labor and health laws. Most importantly disregarding ethics. They pay under the table fees to discharge nurses in hospitals (among few other agenies) and have their philipino discharge nurses or those who get paid under the table to refer patients to them.

When my dear Aunt Patricia was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease my husband and I decided that, since she was a widower and had no children of her own, we would take her in and care for her ourselves. Aunt Patricia is one of my favorite people and a dear woman and I didn’t want to put her in an institution but, after a few months of living with us, we realized that there was no way we were going to be able to take care of her and take care of everything else in our lives as well. Thank goodness we found Advantage Home Care. They now come right out to our home to take care of Aunt Patricia and it feels like the weight of the world has finally been taken off of our shoulders. All we have for the wonderful professionals that Advantage has sent is appreciation and we just wanted to write a nice testimonial to thank everyone for all of their hard work and dedication.

Six months back my dad came to live with us. This was our compromise since he was not doing so well living on his own and because he had no desire to be cooped up in a nursing home and could not afford the expenses of either of the assisted living facility in our neighborhood. Caring for my children and work is a full time job but adding my dad to the mix was complete mayhem in the beginning. After having a consultation with Advantage Home and Health Services I knew things would be much better with their help. Hey offer ongoing care and client supervision as needed so when me and my girls cant make it home till late we dont have to worry about grandpa being okay. We know hes cared for and his needs are met and I could not be more satisfied with the services weve received.

Caring for a loved one who lives a thousand miles away is not easy and while there are hundreds of care organizations within the state of California I am so happy that my mom began receiving services from Advantage because their staff cares about the seniors that they serve. They did not forget she’s a human being after obtaining her as a client. Advantage Homes & Health Services continues to deliver top notch service to my mom that allows her to continue living at home. I am so glad that they offer affordable options for aging seniors, my mom could not afford to be placed in a nursing home nor did she want to be placed in one. Through their help she maintains independence and quality care and that gives me peace of mind.

Helping a loved one maintain both their independence and dignity when they begin to experience declining health was way more challenging that I ever expected it would be, I am so glad that Advantage Home and Health Services eased my frustrations by providing my dad with exceptional guidance and care. My mother has an Alzheimer’s disease and she is very difficult to deal with at times. At first, Lucy had a hard time dealing with her. But as days go by, we found out that they were getting along so well. Lucy has this charm that made my mother so at ease with her. She was very persuasive and gentle. She is just so wonderful! Thank you Advantage for sending this awesome caregiver!

I hired Advantage about three weeks ago and I am pleased to say that I am ver satisfied with their work. At first, I was scared that my father might have an accident or an emergency while I was away, but now I can relax knowing that he is in good hands. Their staff is 100% reliable and qualified, and are caring and patient. Advantage truely cares about all of their clients.
