I set up my dogs first appointment and arrived 15minutes early as suggested. After waiting almost an hour I was informed that the Dr had an emergency and I would need to wait up to an unknown amount of time or just reschedule. After working from home to accommodate the appointment I was quite upset. It shouldnt take an hour to identify there was an emergency. Other dogs were being taken in and I was left there. Id asked several times before that if they were ready and was assured Id be taken care of soon. The staff was all really freindly and I felt bad leaving in a huff but this was unacceptable. Furthermore, I would have expected a phone call or email with a formal apology for my experience and received neither. Sorry of the 1 star rating but I think its deserving in this circumstance.

Ive brought several dogs here and the service is exceptional. I trust them with my dogs lives - and Im that crazy type of person who loves her dogs like children. Dr. Radcliffe and ODay are amazing - and same with every member of staff I have yet to meet or deal with. Only down side is how expensive they are - but worth it.
