My 7 month old puppy became awefully sick for the first time with an upset stomach over the weekend. First thing Monday I called a few veterinary clinics to get advice on what I needed to do. I was not suprised when many clinics quoted me several fees before I even scheduled an appt. I was concerned about getting ripped off so I continued to call until I reached Vaca Valley and I could the tell the customer service was different than the rest. The receptionist was honest and caring and explained the possible outcomes of my visit. The visit fee was almost half of what other clinics charged, and it didnt seem like I was sacraficing my dogs care. I made an appt and upon my arrival to clinic I was very pleased. The great service didnt end with the receptionist, it continued to the veterinary technician as well as the doctor. They gave my pup fluids, did a check up, and perscribed some meds to alleviate his symptoms from his upset stomach. The doctor was not rushed, was sincere, and provided me with options in caring for my dog. Me and my pup are home now, and Im confident ell be back to normal soon. The clinic even said they would check on us :) I would definately recommend this clinic over any other Ive encountered in Vacaville. No one wants their pet to get sick, but in the event it happens, it helps to have a team of professionals that really care. 5 stars to Vaca Valley!

I love and trust Vaca Valley Vet! Dr. Jassar has been wonderful to my family of pets! I have come to him unexpected emergencies and my dog who fell into a diabetic ketoacidosis state. The odds were highly against him, but Dr. Jassar did not give up on him and was able to recover him. This place has also been very gracious to me being a college student and having a tight budget. They truly care about their patients (which is difficult to find) and are a wonderful team. I have never had a bad experience here and between my mother and I we have taken many pets here for over a decade. I recommend this place to everyone who wants the highest level of care for their pet!

Dr. Jassar is heaven sent. He was so prompt in getting the best care for my cat Latte. With financial trouble from him going to the emergency vet in Cordelia. He was so kind in showing me the estimates of what I could afford along with what would be best for Latte at that very moment. Him and his staff are so patient and the nicest people youll ever meet. Since then I switched all my animals over to Vaca Valley Veterinary Hosspital.

The best! The kindest! The most professional! The smartest! The most fantastic team, and the most intuitive vet Ive ever worked with. Weve taken all of our "babies" (dogs, cats and rats) to Dr. Jassers team, and have been just so pleased. Prices are reasonable, and you wont have a worry at all that your animal family members are in the best hands!

i have been going here for over a year and absolutely love it. they seem to be very nice and under standing and respectful. my cats dont ever freak out going to the vet ever! my first experience here was when i had to put my 15 yr old cat down it was the most difficult thing i have ever done and they made it easier on me and my mom 5 stars all the way

Recently our Great Dane was in real bad shape, it was the end of the day but the whole staff waited for us after hours. Once we got there the whole staff jumped to help. Although our did not make it we really appreciate the effort and the simple fact that they cared.
