I have been a patient since May 2010. My family has had multiple procedures done with this group. We really like the dentists there, but have had multiple problems with office staff overcharging/overbilling us. As a contracted provider for Aetna/Blue Cross, they have negotiated a fee schedule. However, it does not appear the staff is familiar with this schedule, despite being contacted by our insurance company twice. Despite speaking with the office manager, my family, in particular me, is still being overbilled. Currently, I am still owed a refund for a procedure done 1.5 months ago. I was overcharged $157. On the second procedure, I was overcharged $209. I had to stop payment on the 2nd procedure because they STILL have not given a refund on the 1st procedure. I asked to speak with the Brian, the office manager again (I had spoken to him about the first overcharge), regarding the repeated overbilling and the refund. He has not returned my phone calls. My insurance company and I have attempted to talk with the Corporate office patient relations supervisor. She has not returned phone calls, after three attempts and leaving messages for her. My next step is filing a complaint with the Dental Board of CA. To date, they have overbilled me on 6 different occasions, and that is in 4 months! If you choose to use this Dental group, I strongly suggest you monitor your bills!

My experiences here have always been more than satisfactory. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They showed me around the office, and let me know where the restrooms were before my first appt. There is also computers with internet in the waiting room. Never had any trouble with my dental insurance. The new Dentist, DR.DEVER is amazing! He is very gentle and lets you know what is going on so you dont get too nervous. He is honest, experienced, and will tell you like it is. He explains everything so you can understand, and will help you prevent problems rather than leaving them till they get worse. They also do the crowns with a machine there at the office, instead of having to wait to get them from a dental lab. Great dental office!

I would avoid this business like the plague. I believe their new patient offers are nothing more than bait and switch ploys. In my opinion their main interest in you is only to see how much dental work they can sell you. They recommended things that I knew I needed. But then insisted on a number of things that I felt were suspect and even unnecessary. I felt their fee schedule was extremely high. In some cases even double what Id paid in the past. Worst of all is the way youre treated if you indicate youre not going to buy anything today but would like to think about it. Then they cant throw you out the door quickly enough.....and very rudely I would add. This is the proverbial business I wouldnt even recommend to my enemies.

So I went in on one of those cheap exam with xray offers knowing I needed some work done but what the doctor here said blew me away. After all the xrays she comes in looks at it for a bit and says " If you dont have $50,000 in cash there is nothing I can do for you" Who the F&^& says that to a new patient? Obviously this lady just wants your cash and doesnt care one bit about the patients.

I have been going there for a few years now and have never had any issues. The staff is polite and helpful. The dental service Ive received has been outstanding. I highly recommend this office. All of my services have been completed in 1 day. I find that convenient. Very professional. - Matthew B.
