I am seeing how money hungry this office actually is. I have been a patient there for 18 months and I have had 1 scheduled cleaning. After I received the cleaning, they recommended a deep cleaning because my gums were showing signs of gingivitis. I agreed but my insurance didnt pay for any of it. $600 later (I was told this was a discount) I was recommended to see the specialist for a possible bridge. Well the specialist said I would definitely need one ($4000 out of pocket). I dont blame Walerga for my crap dental insurance, I just blame them for recommending all this. Before I was to have the bridge done I went to them under an emergency for two teeth that were absolutely killing me. I had the surgery to cut my gum and insert a bone graft between the two teeth. Asking the surgeon what are the odds that this will work since it was another $1000 out of pocket, he answers by saying Well youre young and healthy so recovery should be quick. The other course of action was to have the teeth pulled for $300. Currently I have an inflamed gum 5 weeks after the surgery and will probably have to see a specialist as it looks infected. It isnt so much the cost as much as it is the results of their recommendations. I will be seeking a second opinion from now on.

Stay away from this office if you want a trustworthy dental experience. My husband and I both had apts on separate days which were scheduled for cleanings/exams which is covered by our insurance. My husband came home with no cleaning and instead said that they were recommending a root scaling cleaning and told him he had gum disease. I went to my apt and they said the same thing to me! Im not even 30 years old and have never had a dentist tell me this. They were very pushy with wanting to charge our insurance for extra costs and didnt even do a dental cleaning which is why we booked our appointments. If you go here and they tell you that you have gum disease and need a deep root scaling cleaning GO someplace else and get a second opinion. We are canceling our upcoming apts with them and will be watching our insurance claims to make sure they dont bill for extra charges or care that was not provided like someone else said they did to them. I chose the office based on their website, bad idea instead of looking and reading at the reviews first. Youve all been warned, this office only wants to dx unnecessary claims to bill insurance.

Woke up on a Saturday with major tooth ache. A Temporary had fallen out and the packing as well. I attempted to contact dentist at 6:30am, the emergency folks could get no response. At 8:30am I they still could get no response. I contacted my insurance who also was unable to raise anyone. Finally at 11:30 am I had a call from an office assistant who said I should not expect a dentist to come in on a weekend. I was furious and called my insurance. They contact a Dr. Benjamin who stated I had to use another dental office and pay out of pocket. I would find out Monday if it was covered. I would not recommend this office to my worst enemy!

Fantastic office. The waiting room is very clean and well kept, also has a nice kids area. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. I just had 3 teeth pulled. Normally when getting a tooth pulled, the dentist will have to numb the area 5 or 6 times. But this place knows how to numb the area just right, without having to re-do it several times. Furthermore, they were on time! My appointment was set for 3pm, and I was seen at 3pm. And I was out by 3:35. Numbing and extraction all done within 35 minutes. Best dental experience ever. And this is coming from a guy who hates going to the dentist.

Had a terrible experience with this place. The staff was friendly, but they told me that I have gum disease and need to have my gums cut back and teeth cleaned. I assumed they were telling the truth until I read the reviews. The real kicker here is that they sent me home and said theyll call me, but a week went by and they never called me. I took it upon myself to call them and they were too busy to speak with me. I waited for a call back and it never happened. I called a couple more times, but its been five months with no call back. This is not how you do business.

Ive had an awesome experience with them thus far! I woke up one night with terrible jaw pain due to an inflamed/infected wisdom tooth. Dr. Bennett got me for a same day appointment and got me some medications to hold me over until I could see the oral surgeon. The dental technician I had was so nice and tried her hardest to keep me comfortable during my dental rads since my mouth was already so sensitive and inflamed. The oral surgeon (Dr. Albadawi) was absolutely AMAZING! Today is my second day post-op and I have hardly any swelling and am really comfortable.

Basically the same as Mrs. Davis below. I will never go here again.
