I decided not to conduct business with this facility because the uncomfortable environment that was present in the waiting room because of the receptionists and doctor(s) that were present on my arrival. My initial reaction to their hospitality was poor because of their lack of professionalism. I would appreciate it if they showed more respect to their patrons by explaining their policies clearly and politely instead of laughing at them in Chinese to one another if they have issue with their paper work. Please change these habits as many of your patients are adults looking for someone with pleasant conversational skills and you are not helping the negative asian stereotype with your behavior.

I called to ask for doctor and the women on the phone said they dont have direct line to department just for what you need treatment blah blah blah so i was like ok and I was ready to ask her one last question of where can i get their phone number directly so i dont have to go around in circles when the RUDE represenative hung up on me! This lady was not even trying to be patient either. SO I called again just to get the same answer from the first so i just hung up! I looked up online only to have their number on call. I guess i shouldve looked harder so I wouldnt have this kind of rude service again.
