One of the worst places Ive ever been in, I brought my elderly mother for blood work and urine but never saw or spoke with any Doctor. I was disappointed with the entire staff It was our first time there and I was expecting something better because thier suppose to be affiliated with Alta-Med as an after hours emergency but they did exactly nothing to better my mothers condition. Never again. ..

Stay away horrible service.They called me to come in earlier, I was there 20 mins before my appointment, but they didnt take me in until after. So what was the point of me coming early? Went in for an appointment with the surgeon. Wasted my day, and time for the lazy man to tell me I needed to be referred to someone else. My gallbladder is going to burst before anyone helps me.

BAD experience, was injured at work and come to this place on my own, workplace didnt send me. When the doctor shows up he says to me, "I used to work as a workers comp doctor". (That was Red flag) He had me wait a very long time, I feel intentionally and when I went to RiteAid to pick up my script, they told me that doctor never filed it... Outrageous...

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMPSITE!!! Unbelievably SLOW!!! Wait, wait and more waiting. Walked in @ 5pm. 3 people waiting in the reception area. 2 hours later and all 3 of us are still here waiting. This place sucks major, dont waste any of your precious time coming here. If youre feeling bad, this dump will make you feel worse. ZERO STARS.

Dr. J is outstanding, extreamly through, and takes the time to make sure you have a clear understanding, by helping to put you on the road to recovery! I can not say enough about the care you recieve. Urgent care time, can be lengthy, (staff does not give wait-time) but is made up for in knowledgable physicians. Thank you.

This is my GO TO place when my kids are sick or injured. Yes, the wait may be lengthy at times but its worth it! Doctors & Pediatricians are very professional and take their time to make sure all needs are met and questions/concerns are answered.

Looooooooong wait time.. not really an Urgent Care should be called Leisure care.. we waited over an 1 hr just for my toddlers flu shot .. and after an hr they asked us to go to pediatrics center Note: Pediatrics center is good. No complaints
