I injured my back weightlifting in my younger years and have seen several chiropractors and masseuses ever since, but the pain under my shoulder blade never went away. As a writer who spends WAY too many hours a day on the computer, this pain had exacerbated and extended into my hand, wrist, and elbow. Honestly, Id accepted this 16-year-old pain and figured Id have to deal with it for the rest of my life, even if it meant my profession leaving me crippled. After Dr. Rencher adjusting me a few times, my back feels looser than it has since I was a teenager. Im in a better mood and have more energy. Its kind of strange (and miraculous) how much she has helped me in such a short period of time. She is kind, patient, gentle, and- most importantly- knows what she is doing. All other chiropractors Ive visited have been seemingly clueless about the human body and how it works. "Yeah, you have quite a mess there," or, "Im sorry, youre case is too severe; I cant help you" is all I heard before finding Chirofit. I highly recommend her to you, as Ive been doing to my family and friends, because no one deserves to live in constant pain. I wish Id met her years ago; I really feel like a new chapter in my life and health is being created with her help.

Dr. Rencher continues to make my life better every time I visit her. She has been my chiropractor for years, fixing my lower back, my knee, even my feet as I am forever on a new adventure in life resulting in a needed tune up from time to time. Now, she has her functional medicine degree and she is fixing my stomach, my sleep patterns, my breathing... we even did a full cleanse which helped my liver, my waist line, and helped reduce some of my allergies. The best part is that Dr. Rencher always has a smile on her face and a positive attitude towards my Whole person and body. I was having periods that would last five and a half weeks. The doctor at Kaiser could not tell me why This was happening to me. Her fix was that I would need to go on the pill. Seriously! At my age! Im 56 years old. Dr. Rencher had special lab work done. Found out what the problem was and what needed to be done; to regulate my hormones. Thank you dr. Rencher for caring and helping me find out,what was causing it. Thank you,for not brushing it under the carpet; like some individuals do.

I went to Dr Rancher because I could not stand up straight and I could not sit after a weekend of gardening. Yikes. I was in pain. After 2 visits I could walk and had virtually no pain. What a doctor. Fabulous. If you have pain and you are not calling Dr Rencher.....why??????? Pick up the phone now.
