TERRIBLE! The nursing staff left my mother who has dementia in the Same Depends from Thurs. until Monday!!! Even though I spoke with her M.D., her psychiatrist, 5 different nurses and staff members who All Promised that they would take care of it! NO ONE DID! I told all the people mentioned above that she was unable to perform her daily hygiene Without Assistance! SHE WAS NEGLECTED & NO ONE CARED! She was there to have her medications stabilized. Even though I clearly communicated with the nursing staff and her Dr.s No One Listened To Me and she was kept on the same high dose even though she had tremors and was shaking And had a blood disease from being over-medicated! She was left alone in her room in a state of confusion. Her psychiatrist MaKontik? was a Rude, and Pompous. He interrupted me constantly and was unhelpful in trying to communicate with me for my mothers care. When I tried to report this incident to the hospital administrator, someone named Terry Matos said she was give me the email to the administrator. She said someone would return my call and they would take my complaint in detail as she told he to be Very Brief! When I called her back as no one returned my call, she got Very Defensive and was Hostile, Argumentative complete unhelpful and Very Immature! She refused to give me administrators name or contact information. I will report this neglect to my mother to the State Of California.IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LOVED ONE DO NOT TAKE THEM TO MISSION COMMUNITY HOSPITAL!

Not even one star. I came in today because I have an emergency with my bladder and I waited for 3 HOURS and they never called me. I kept on going to the bathroom and asked for at least an Advil and they said no and did nothing. Theres some guy there also, he has been waiting for five hours and he was never called. THEY ONLY HAD ONE DOCTOR IN THE ER WALK-IN. they also prioritze the ones who comes in from the emergency trucks, but there is ONLY ONE DOCTOR, they didnt have any other doctors to help the ones who have been waiting for hours and nothing happened. This hospital is a no good for nothing. They have also been shut down back then, due to low budget cut. They only reopened because of the government funds increased. But nothing happened. No one helped. And most of the patients there LEFT without any service. 0 STARS.

The mental/behavioral health unit at this hospital is a complete and utter joke. They refused to give me medications I have been taking on a daily basis for over 5 years until I complained so much they finally gave in. It was 24 hours before I even saw a doctor and he only ended up talking to me for about 2 minutes. It was roughly 36 hours before a nurse asked me how I was doing or if I was okay. I came here to get help and I received the opposite. This place is a disorganized mess and the staff does not care one bit about the patients. Do not come here if you want to get better. You will leave feeling traumatized and much worse off than when you came in.

one, very bad thing when it comes to organization, mixing outpatient surgery patients with ER patients to check you in, and their transportation service if you cant drive its terrible but because the hospital management , drivers are outstanding kind and polite but due to the way they run the hospital , they made me wait almost 4 hours to drive me home after I was done with my procedure, some staff were very nice and polite and I thank them for it, but other than that , the hospital sucks , I would totally take my business somewhere else next time , only good thing they paid for my lunch, but that doesnt fix the inconvenience I went thru

A total dump! Of a hospital. I had surgery here and my stay was a complete disaster. Some of the nursing staff were friendly but some were complete idiots including the physicians. There I.c.u looks updated and well maintained knowing I stayed there for the first few days. Once I was transfer to regular room. Omg you should go take a look for yourself. 3 beds to a room! How do you expect to recover in peace when theres two other screaming, farting, yelling Im in pain. Lol. There surgical room is advance everything overall is garbage

My best friend is here for brain surgery. I have never seen someone treated so well, have been taken so well care of, and so compassionately. Everyone here is beyond friendly. The food in the cafeteria is quite good too. The nurse is always right outside the door in case we need them, they check in frequently, and they even brought us food without us having to ask. A particularly nice nurse even hunted down a cup of coffee for me around 8pm. I would love to have a hospital local to me that treated its patients this well!

Dietary was so kind, checked back several times to see if there were any suggestions they could try to get Auntie to eat. Those sitters were absolutely great...put our minds at ease when we were not at the bedside. Telephone courtesy was very good. If RN not available a time was given when to call back to speak with RN. Rex was great, visited to be sure we were satisfied with everything. Oh, and I ate in the cafeteria - food was wonderful and not expensive!! No, it was excellent!!

Everyone (doctors, nurses, [RAD dept especially]) was very compassionate and professional. The only ones who were unpleasant, were the receptionists in the admitting dept. Very condescending and seem bothered to answer questions. I waited from 8 pm, in the ER, on a stretcher, until 2 pm., the following day. Once I got my room, I was very pleased to find out that the backbone of the hospital, was very strong in ethics and patient care. Minus the wait, Id recommend this hospital.

Ive been to your ER 3 times in 1 year and every time I went I was there for over 8 hours. I will never return and other people in the waiting room agreed. Plus all the employees were rude and bunched up and talking amongst themselves, laughing it looked like they were having the time of their life while the patients are there waiting for HOURS and when you ask them for a update they are infuriated with you bugging them. Doesnt make sense. Worst hospital experience ever!

Worst hospital especially the EMERGENCY ROOM!!! Been there for the past hour with a horrible ear pain and there was no one on the reception window except a male nurse who was on the computer and he said that he cant help us because Im wasnt register in yet let a half hour pass by and no one came to attend us, until I ask the male nurse once again he was very annoyed and finally called but 10-20 min later and no one showed up. And it was empty the emergency room...

Worst experience ever. The ER is 12x18 feet with 14 seats in it and, at the time I walked in, had 16 people in it so people had to stand. Not that people seeking emergency care standing is an issue, so lets keep them waiting for a minimum of 2 hours. There is a water reservoir in the lobby for patients, but it looks like its been empty for weeks. The suggestions box did not have any cards next to it (surprisingly) so i had to ask for a blank sheet of paper
