Intended parents beware! Planet Hospital is dishonest and disorganized! Proceed with caution! Not only did I work with PH on their Cancun Surrogacy team but my surrogate is presently under their care! We still have not received an egg retrieval report nor an embryo report from the clinic that PH uses because Rudy has told them not to cooperate with me even though my husband and I earned over $20,000 in pay working for him! So I make these statements at my own risk and Im scared for my surrogate but I cannot let other IPs get scammed! I worked for this company as did my husband. Geoff Moss is dishonest and mean and I have the e-mail messages showing that he asked the medical clinic to falsify records when he and Rudy stole eggs from a innocent, unsuspecting IP that trusted them with his life savings and his dream of becoming a father! Please do not trust this company with your dreams or your money! I also have proof of the confrontation that Geoff initiated via e-mail when I began to investigate his activity in relation to this egg stealing incident. He attempted to scare me away but I continued to collect evidence of his evil acts! "Rudy" Rupak Acharyya is a scam artist! The negative reviews are TRUE! Please do your research. He will tell you that the negative reviews are from "disgruntled employees" or "clients that didnt get pregnant" but its not true! You watch. His response to this review will be to try to discredit me just like he did to Ann in a prior review. In my opinion, this man is a MONSTER and he should not be trusted with your dreams or your money. There are so many other options. Please explore them! He prays upon the vulnerable and exploits their dreams of creating a family! When people ask for a refund once they have discovered his lies, he tells them that the only way they are ever going to see their money again is if they sign agreements that they wont tell people what he has done.! He will tell you that he has so much positive media - wait and watch people, wait and watch!

My partner and I have been working with Planet Hospitals surrogacy program over the last year and half. Although we are aware of the checkered on-line feedback they have received, we have not had reason to regret our decision to work with them. And, I am happy to say that we are looking forward to the arrival of our first child this June. As with any endeavor like this (international gay surrogacy), there have been delays and challenges along the the way, and Planethospital (as well astheir partners with whom we have worked) have treated us very fairly and professionally throughout. Here are two good examples: After each of two failed attempt to secure sufficient eggs during donor cycles, Planethospitals partners worked closely with us to identify other viable donors and to coordinate additional cycle at minimal additional cost. After the legality of gay surrogacy in India became less clear, Planethospital worked with us to relocate to Mexico. And, in doing so, they offered to continue to honor the original lower cost of the Indian surrogacy program (despite not be contractually obligated to do so).

After nine months and almost twenty thousand dollars, my husband and I have been forced to accept that we were misled by this company. We thought we had done our research. We specifically asked Rudy Rupak and Geoff Moss about the other poor reviews. They assured us that the issues that caused them had been rectified. This was the first of many untruthful things that they told us. It was not the last. Poor documentation, gross disorganization, and unprofessional behavior beyond anything I have ever experienced characterized most of the last nine months for us. Planet Hospital employees have told my husband and I that we should "tread carefully" and "proceed with caution" regarding speaking publically about our experience. Its bad enough that they have taken our money. We are not going to be threatened into silence

PlanetHospital Surrogacy Consumer Warning - Please Read! PlanetHospital has conned us in excess of $20,000. Prior to working with the company we as a couple performed due diligence and found many unfavorable reviews via the internet against the company and its CEO Rudy Rupak Acharya. When these issues were brought to PlanetHospitals attention, they assured us that they were either resolved or planted from their competition. Having been convinced that they were being honest, we moved forward with their surrogacy program. Since the inception (February 2013) we have found that these issues were not resolved and PlanetHospital is in fact in far worse shape than what was discovered.

These 4 "Excellent" reviews are FAKE!!! Planet Hospital claims to be in business since 2002 so thats 10 years of being in business. There are NO review in all those 10 years and then all of a sudden 4 glowing reviews all on the same day????? What the heck is going on here. These reviews are just obviously made by fake accounts by some PR campaign in a desperate attempt to repair their tarnished image. I know companies need positive reviews but this are just blatantly unnatural and bogus reviews. Im just disappointed how low Planet Hospital have to go to try to repair all the wrongs theyve done. At least try a little harder to make it look legit.

Internal company issues are leaving folks in very uncertain positions, and when you pay double digits upfront, that is not a good place to be -- Edit of honesty. He stole $30k and never did a damn thing he promised. He never paid the IVF clinic. Rudy Rupak is a dishonest. Lying, scheming person. Apparently he has gotten away with this conduct for many years because he trusted that people do not want to put honest reviews about his thievery online. No more, you will not scam and steal from any more people!

He is charismatic and believable and will promise the world, but he is a thief. Run. Run far, far, far away from this man and this company. He will promise the world, and in the end will only rip you off.
