One of the worst hospitals I have ever been too. The only reason why my grandma stayed at this hospital because it is the closest to her house and because she was experiencing severe pain. The registered nurses had a hard time helping my grandmother; at times they seemed like they just did not know what to do. Most of them are unprofessional! As I walked down the halls I would see some of the registered nurses on their phones, including the desk attendants. I recall asking a "registered nurse" named John for a pillow because my grandma needed one for her back since it was aching. He took a good while and I was wondering why. I watched what he was doing from the edge of the room door and found him texting on his phone!! I was truly upset. Do the registered nurses not really care for their attendants? I cannot say this about everyone though. If you ever go to the hospital, ask for DAN as your personal registered nurse. He was amazing, truly helpful, and attentive to my grandmothers needs.

Only giving them 1 star because I have to in order to post a review. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They are not helpful and dont work well with insurance. My wife went in with a severe migraine and checked with the lady at the check in to make sure they covered Blue Cross Blue Shield. She said they would work it out. They admitted her to the back and just gave her Benedryl and anti-nausea medicine and sent her on her way. We then get a bill for $2722.54 and their explanation was "they have doctors that work with Blue Cross Blue Shield but the one that was assigned to her was not". Absolute trash.

Worst E.R. Ive experienced. Sat in there for 3 hours to be told they "cant do anything for me". Didnt run any test for my stomach issues like Tarzana Hospital did. Dr. Chang, I believe was his name, had the nerve to ask me, the patient, what he should do for me. Less than a 1 star if there was an option.

This hospital is a nightmare of misinformation! No one knows who the doctor in charge is, no one knows what medications are being given, no one calls you back if you leave a message, no one feeds a patient food who cant feed himself. Dont go here!

My grandmother was admitted for pneumonia. They discharged her too early and her pneumonia wasnt fully treated. This hospital is staffed by med school dropouts! The security guards are more friendly and helpful!

They charge double - one to you and one to your insurance company for the same amount. They keep both.

$2500 for three stitches on my finger ( thats what they call Haute Couture)
