I dont know how other people rated 5 stars but I wish I can give them 0 star if I could. I believe they are definitely crooks when it comes to charging. Its not a doctor ( I hope) its the person who sell the procedures. She will add all kinds of unnecessary work without informing you or didnt explain any option , then when you recieve the bill its all ??? What they charged. They add bunch of stuff that insurance dont cover without telling you just like the most of crook dentistry do. It is so hard to find good honest dentistry , they will maximize their benefit by using patients unnecessary procedures and their insurance. I am going to file claim against their billing department legally, seriously these kind of dentistry need to shut down their business. I personally never write review but since it is so annoying matter I needed to let future patients to be aware of what these people do ( remember its all business ), so they dont get ripped off. Wherever you go to dentist, make sure you are more aware of what they charge.

I was referred to Dr. Saesim by my friend who worked as a Case Manager at Parkview Hospital. Its been about one year now Ive been going to Dr. Sam as everyone calls him.....he is the most awesome dentist, hes patient, gentle, kind, caring and most of all extremely talented at what he does!! Not once has he ever caused me any discomfort during the many extractions and treatments Ive had! That is saying "A lot" from a person like me.....because I am the Biggest Dental Phobe in the world, have had "Horrifically" bad experiences at the hands of dentists all my life, stuff that you wouldnt believe!!! So....when I got to Dr. Sam needless to say my mouth was a total mess, I was a stress case and yet due to his soothing demeanor and talents I am now Amalgam Free, and almost the proud owner of a beautiful, new, smile and without having to get full dentures!!!

I came to Parkview Dental for a second opinion and never looked back. I am happy to have found them! Its not just that they are professional, gentle and have all the recent technology. ... they care to make you comfortable and relaxed as possible. They explain everything so clearly and the quality of work is top shelf. I really feel that any of my concerns are heard and addressed not just given the oh call back if it still bothers you in two weeks bit. I am not nervous to see the dentist anymore. Dr. Sam (Saesim) has a calm demeanor, gentle touch and is constantly making sure I am ok and pain free. Christine, best hygienist ever...spends time being complete and thorough. The whole staff is welcoming and helpful. I have had a few different procedures- crowns, implants, root canal, fillings, cleanings - so believe me I know. Love this office.

I have been coming to Parkview Dental Care for several months now. Their excellent customer service and affordable payment plans are what kept a young college student like myself coming back. I appreciated being able to walk into the facility and immediately be greeted and welcomed as if my presence was missed. Though they work in an efficient and timely manner, they still take the time to act with care and precision. I like the fact that they are constantly striving to better their business, whether it be transferring to updated technology or diversifying their staff. Speaking of, the staff is kind and have a unique sense of humor that provides a sense of comfort and relief. Moreover, this establishment is well put together and managed with integrity. I look forward to my next visit and you should too.

Qualified, professional, affordable, and with a wide range of knowledge and services are what they offer but what was special about Parkview is that I felt more like a family member, than a number. Their attention to detail, ability to listen to my needs and care were second to none. I am a father of six and had the difficulty of lugging my two kids with me, with no help. The place was clean and safe for them and the friendly staff helped watch them during an effort to extract a painful tooth. After my first, I am positive this is where all my dental needs will be taken care of. The important things for me were: ** Great Care ** A place where my kids could entertain themselves. *** affordability If these matter to you, this is the place!

I had a great experience. The atmosphere was warm and comforting. The staff were friendly and professional. The doctor complemented the professionalism with his compassion and expertise. Also, Mirna, ( financial consultant ) Work hard to find the best plan for me. And with her compassionate charismatic personality, I felt comfortable and at ease. All in all, the entire office personnel is a great team. I look forward to my next visit. I thought Id never say that about going to the dentist, but there you have it.

I started coming to this office about 6 months ago. The front office is very courteous and professional. The office is clean and comfortable. The wait time was not long. Everyone that I dealt with was very professional and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Sam was efficient and gave clear explanation of everything. I had a crown placed as well as a cavity filled. Both procedure was done in a timely fashion. I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I would definitely return for further treatment and cleaning.

They are crook and are not addressing my complaints. They over charged me, owe me a refund and they keep acting like they do not know what is going on. They say oh I never got that message or oh, I do not know what you are talking about. I WILL be getting a lawyer if they do not rectify their crookedness. NOBODY needs a $1000 tooth in their mouth. I should only be paying $195 for a porcelain crown per my insurance. They charged me $800 something (said my insurance co).

I love this office and staff ! Ive always been terrified of the dentist but this office is by far the best at making me feel very comfortable!! Ive been seen by both Dr. Zareh and Dr. Sam and I can honestly say they care about my comfort and dental care. The staff is amazing! Mirna, Nicole and the all the other ladies have positive vibes which make this office extremely pleasurable to be in. I will definitely be sending my family and friends to this office!!

One of the best experiences I have ever had! Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and caring! There was no wait time and the paperwork was very easy to fill out online! Dr. Sam was excellent and answered any questions or concern I may have had with my teeth. Front staff and Mirna, thank you for all your help! You girls are amazing! I went in with a tooth ache, I have been in pain for a few months. When I went in Dr Sam and all the staff walked me thru my treatment and all the financials, they even helped me use a 3rd party finance company that I really needed. I had my work done and today Im pain free!! Thank you Dr Sam, Nicole and all the staff you made going to the dentist a great experience, I dont know what I would of done with out such a great team!!
